I purchased two Lloyd split AC ion the year 2015, with three year extended guaranty and free service. Only once I got free service. one of my AC start giving trouble of low cooling from, the first year. because of no service from the Lloyd service person, I have to go for private service and gas refilling.

This year, on my repeated complaint to customer care number, they had send an engineer to check my AC. The engineer told me the that the coil of the internal unit is damaged and it need replacement. I had given him 2000 IR in advance for that. even after 10 days I could not get my AC repaired. "A Very Bad Experience" from the beginning.

Very poor service. I purchased my AC and within a year it start giving trouble( gas leakage).

very difficult to get customer care number. no response even with repeated complaint.

I will never suggest any one to purchase Lloyd AC

I have bought achi 3 years ago. After that it's start troubling. After so many complaint their representative came but nothing happened. They said this is our new ac and we are not able to fix it after that no customer service being provided. We r still facing same problem. Please dont buy Lloyd ac

Incompitent staff. Not doing there job seriously. After first service the motor becomes faulty. After complaint two person comes to check, they inform when motor available by company it replaced. Today two new person comes & change the motor. During changing I saw lot of dust there only after one week of service. I asked them to wash it again, they told we can't our clothes becomes wet. You again ask for service to company. Very rude attitude by them. So depressed that international level company has this type of staff. So sad.

After 4 days of lodging of complaint in mathura center. Today we contact to service center over phone , they are not answering even they are not behavìng in proper manner . After 1 day of purchasing ac stopped cooling. Kindly look in to the matter at the earliest

I bought Lloyd Split 1.5ton AC in 2016. After 3 years, its performance has gone below level. Not cooling properly even after 20 minutes. It's gas was leaked too. Service was quite good but the results were bad. I won't suggest you to buy Llyod AC. Poor AC.

Not worthable product. service are wrost.I am purchase the product from 2017feb, two times change the coil. Cost of each time 9500rs.

Correctly not identified the problem.only two words*gas leak or coil faulty.

But the problem is simple.I am only identified the issue remote mode not working. Buy a new remote now working properly.

Recently I have bought This LIoyd Split Ac 1.5 Ton And its is Not energy efficiant and I bought this product from online market. and its took around 2 days For delivery . In this Air Conditinor best part is The material of this Is so nice And high quality.

I am not satisfied From The coustmer service of LIoyd I think. it is Consume less electricity then my older air Conditioner And this is too light then other Ac I love its design Looks vice it is too classy, it is spread air in the whole room in just 6 to 7 minuts really work amazing

I Am suggesting you to buy this Air conditinor

Hey people I am here to share my true opinion on this AC lloyd LS19A3LN 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC. I bought lloyd splic ac few months later . at starting the product is going good. but after some time it starts making sound.

I asked to the customer service . but the service was not good. the cooling was bad. I was totally disappointed with this product. fonally I decided to sold it.

It is a best choise for people because im using it and my brother using it and my uncle using so I can say it is a best to cool your house our current bill is per month 1200 it use low voltage and the people cant fear of current bill it gives more look to your house. It has more best buyying options and any one can buy it and it has warrenty choise and selling options it is available in any Ac shops so please buy the best

I was bought Lloyd LS19A3LN 1.5 ton in last Christmas for about 30, 500. It is an awesome product from Lloyd. It is totally worth it. It cools so fast. The things which are used in ac is too good. Its sounds nice. Also, Very good service from Lloyd.

The bright side of this ac is- it consumes low electricity.

This is Robin Kumar and on 13th March'18 I have called Lloyd customer care for my Lloyd split AC service and around 04:30 P.M two engineer arrived at my home(B-25 Indira Vihar Khora Colony Ghaziabad U.P) and while doing service they were trying to start A.C even my father warned  them not to start in wet condition but they ignored him and started the ac and suddenly there was fire started in Ac outdoor unit and within a minute ac blast and they(Lloyd engineer) run away leaving their beg and bike and my family in fire(My wife, sister, mother, father and my 2 years old son) I am very shocked to know that they even don't have fire extinguish after in few minute my whole home set on fire and I loses everything that I have in my home after 3 hours later we and ours neighbors mAnasultanged to controlled the fire and tomorrow when we contact to one of senior of Lloyd company they told us this was an accident this is not our(Lloyd engineer) fault I mailed to Lloyd's company id(marketing@havells.com) they visited to my home and asked me to wait for 4 days this thing happened three time but noting happened I totally shocked to experiance that I mailed 100 mails and twitter them so many time in inspite of reply they blocked my twitter account I also make so many twit to Amitabh Bachchan even he did't reply to my a single twit .This can not behavior of a brand  I just married in month of November'17 and I losed everything I had in my home( 2 Ac, TV, Home theater, wardrobe, some jewelry, cloths, 3 fans, Freeze, bed, some cash, home) .It is request to you please help me as I badly need it.

Request to every one please don't buy Lloyd product otherwise only you will be responsible for any happening at our home.

I am living in Vadodara outside 50 deg temperature.Dry less humid hot air dust environment all over.

But LLOYD solved my problems and within few seconds its giving pleasant and coolest effect than any other AirConditioner. Less noisy. At Last LLOYD is having "Turbo" mode ie sab AC's Baap ie most poweful effect.WOW:) 10/10 points for LLOYD.

The material used to build their air conditioner is very high quality, the cooling of AC is also very fast.

It also has in build stabilizer so no need to buy some expensive stabilizer, when in switch on AC the cooling

is spread in bedroom in 5 minutes which is very amazing.

The main advantage of Lloyd AC is it consumes very low electricity. so, my electricity bill is not coming

too much.

The customer service of Lloyd is also very fast and reliable.

When I call to customer service it talks to me very politely understanding my problem and solve it

very easily.

Overall Lloyd AC is worth of money.

I suggest to buy this AC.

This AC also has sound when I click any button of remote ac sounds.

It's service support is one of the best service for supporting her customers. In my neighbor uncle brought a new Lloyd LS19A3LN AC for his home and start to cooling his home at afternoon time. It's cooling times very fast and the room cool like a refrigerator . It's doesn't have any kind of crack type sound just a slight sound at high temperature and when it's gone to low temperature. It's reliability and satisfaction is best from other types of services. It's a better satisfaction to her customers forever till its gone damage. So nice for a valuable product in Brand. I like it.

Hello friends! I am utilise Lloyd LS19A3LN split AC in the past 3 years. so, I have share with my great thoughts.

This AC is one of the good and moderate equipment of home and office.

In this cooling capacity is very good and support for minimum 20 meters. while working the AC at the time not coming any noise or sound. because this is one of amazing product.

In this AC take minimum units of power consumption, so product is well founded and complete satisfaction. In pickup cooling is very soon in my residing area. It is suitable for house, office and restaurant.

Lloyd AC price is very low comparing to other AC brands. So it is really value for money and worthable product.

For past 3 years didn't come any service related issues. Even not came the Gas filling problem. Lot of service centre is available in city and all other places.

We can take service call facilities is available in Mobile App. So service person will take phone call for few hours only.

I recommended to buy this product and enjoy its amazing cool.

I thought it was one of the good air conditioner among all the good one.we had bought it to our home and it played a good working role for 6 months but after 6 months it started showing all defaults of that it can show.

firstly we faced a small problem with in warranty period with AC fan it was changed by the company.After few days i.e after completion of warranty period it faced with another problem i.e water was falling from air conditioner from where we will get cold air and it was solved after we payed a small amount.

secondly it consumed much amount of current unless it was 3 star but it consumed amount as 1 star conditioner and service of the company members was not very nice.they are solving any problem very lately.

the air which comes out was not very cool so my choice is not to buy this conditioner so please consider another conditioner my choice is blue star and LG if there is no problem with budget it was very glad to take o-general

Last year we purchased a AC for our office with basic factors are coil made of 100 percent copper, refrigerant filled gas R401A and cooling capacity > 5000 Watt, were available in inventor series three star split AC, we got many  suggestions from our circle and other sources on many brands finally it was end up with Lloyd's  LS19A3LN 1.5 TON 3 Star Split AC

All international companies are now a days started using in their refrigerant eco friendly gas called R410A

If any one want to buy AC we advise to go for Lloyd's LS19A3LN 1.5 TON three star split AC which meets all required features, cost also reasonable even window AC also available with R410A refrigerant at Lloyd

So far no any issues with this product periodical service and customer care support is good
