Had a very bad experience with Lloyd, my AC was out of warranty but compressor was in warranty. I raised a complaint regarding that, after that head of the technician called me and misbehaved with me and refused to change my AC compressor. I had company bill and all things of that AC but company refused to change me compressor.
I was helpless.
Raised a complaint to consumer helpline.

Bought Lloyd Window AC and Split AC. Both the ACs stopped working after 1 month. To get the faulty part repaired they asked me to wait for 2 weeks time( The purpose of AC in summers failed).Now when it’s time for the AC service, they are not able to provide the service on time as well.As per customer care the service time is 8am-8pm, but as per technician they will be able to come after 10am only.Secondly, customer care kept on repeating that the service will be done sighing 24-48hrs(raised request on Saturday) but no one contacted during that period inspite of multiple follow ups from customer care
So as company, they are not competitive In price, nor quality nor service which are the most important parameters a customer looks before a product.
Will not recommend anyone to buy the Lloyd product.
I have purchased LLOYD AC 1.5 TON in year- June 2020, but just after using only 1.5yrs, we are facing issue in AC's cooling, its not cooling. Lloyd Executive has checked & told us we have to spend Rs.2200 to get gas filled so as to get cooling, also charged 531rs visit charge.
ITS REALLY DISGUSTING THAT JUST AFTER USING 1.5YRS, AC is NOT COOLING. WE HAVE PURCHASED AC IN 22, 000RS. BUT WE HAVE LOST OUR HARD EARNED MONEY, BECAUSE WE HAVE CHOOSEN 3RD CLASS COMPANY.

This ac is really nice.its feeling cool at summer also this is a power saver ac available at best pirce .its sound is also very low.really nice product
Everybody wants to get some cool air in the season of summer and this ac gives cool air with a low sound I'll say it is a product which is consumer friendly
It's really good decent & cool . as far as the look concerned bit disappointed but it's Worng buying & energy efficient.
It works long and cool. my sister loved it. It takes lesss electricity, and also it has 1 year warranty basically the compound that are used in this product are truly the best. This company uses only the good and certified products. So this company has higher reputation in the market. And we can control this air cooler by remote as well as manually the product give high safety so children can also use this by cooler by manually. The radius off remote is more so we can use remote in any place in house .
It is shows good performance. Product is good and satisfied, cooling effect is good. Have a no complain. Amount spend it value.
Lloyd split AC is awesome and I felt happy of bought this AC.And I am damn safe I have bought it other objects are even more costly than this soo I support this prodect

I have registered a complaint regarding voice in AC & my AC has been taken by a service centre guy on June 15, 2021 & he said it will take around 2 days to resolve the issue. Then after some time he said it will be done in 4 days. Then I went to the service centre on June 19, 2021 to check the status but they said they were still waiting for the parts from your side to be delivered at their location and not sure when it would come. The customer care team suggested checking with the service centre & Service centre asked to check with the customer care team.
Again I received the response from Service Centre guy Mr Jignesh Shah that the coil will be received by July 2 which means after 17-18 days of service start date which is very unprofessional from Lloyd.
I am not sure how much time it will take to deliver part to the service centre & issue resolution.

I purchased 1 ton invertor AC yesterday... Today customer service provider called me for confirmation of installation. They told me that I will have to charge 1180 rupees for installation. If i want stand for compressor i will have to pay additional 850 rupees. (electric feeting is not included in this installation) so in order to save extra 850 rupees only for two angles i purchased them in 400 from local vendor. Today i got call from a technitian who plainly and rudely clarified that i must pay additional 550 rupees for those stands. Why? He said i must purchase from them only then he will fix those stands. Otherwise he will only install AC. He further clarifies that if he will have to make hole on brick wall then charges may extend. Only 4 screw fitting charges he asks me for 550 rupees...it is too hasty charge. So please before purchasing from lloyd do clarify these hidden and nonreasonable charges. Once u purchase your additional expenses may extend upto 5000...they are smart to make us fool.
Mane 1 year pahle 2020 Aug me liya tha every month service hoti hai and company wale utha kar bhi nahi jate dabbs.lloyed wall ko ac nahi banana aata .worst ac .worst company
Firstly installation of the ac is delayed. Then during delayed installation it is identified they have given me a defective piece. Then after requesting them to replace (keep in mind Lloyd's own technician has confirmed it is a defective piece) they have given me a reason that it's Sunday no one is available we will do it on Monday. On Monday after calling several times they told we have forwarded requested head office. Most shittiest and stupid companies will have such lengthy and articulative process of torturing customer on top of giving a defective item. No one knows when head office will respond, after providing approval, then also no one knows when pai international will deliver new piece, no one knows when installation will be done
Quite working fress feeling after it start working.very effective cooling.works as described.working well with alexa and google home
Never go for the products. Three fress services with in one year of purchase. But first of all they never reminde or call and wait till one year is over. Then they will charge even you register after just 3 days. They also dont keep and update their records so even you upload your purchase invoice in their app, each time of servicing you need to show original.
Worst service ever faced and moreover worst service management of Pune area that will definitely bring the Brand value down.

This air conditioner is very good. Would it cool the room in half an hour.I think my money has been recovered by buying it.
It is better AC .i brought in 5 years back it gives best temperature by which we can set it as it will available in our wanted cost it is better choice when I experience
