We have two of your llyod AC and both are instaled in the hospital's ICU
You don't get any facilities so it is very difficult to keep patients.there is no response from your call centre, no technician comes to visite, as many times as we call since call one month, the call centre says that we should mention your complaint. please solved our problem

I purchased an ac, 1.5 tonne, Split in July 2021 by paying 45k even though other brand Ac were available for 32 to 38 k. Last free service was done on 6 july 2022 and to the horror of me the same So called best product stopped working with in next 7 to 8 days. Is the product worth buying??, I did pay more amount but your inferior product has stopped functioning. When u people can't provide best product then why r u fleecing customers by giving false assurances u can't comply with. Now to get it repaired, I have to pay Rs500 for inspection and which may go on increasing as ur so called technicians(in my opinion they r bulldozers, in technical terms) never rectify the problem but makes it a recurrent process to make more money on every further visits. Don't ever think of buying Lloyd AC , they don't care about customer once product sold out. If product get problem after warranty period they never accept call or send service person. Feel regret to hav this product. Worst service , if u think of AC go for other products other than Lloyd in Siliguri .
Honestly speaking customer care service is very very poor they never listen your problem just create ticket and no one engineer will align properly and then without information they will close this ticket. They will never take your problem seriously. Even after you called multiple times to customer care but they work as like government job very lazy person with no resolution. This is my genuine experience.
I would suggest if you purchase any product from Lloyd or Havells I recommend you go for another brand products.
Plastic body used very low quality.On first day ac guy Brock body lock and it's not his mistake I saw the quality of body very very low ...cooling also not up to the mark
It is nice air conditioner compare to other air conditioner.but price should little bit high that's the one problem
I registered complian regarding dispute in AC the Company engineer visit and take his Fees of Rs 550 and promise to revisit for reslove issue but 2 month the not come again
I bought 6 units for my house. But I had issues from the very start. After 2 months the unit was not cooling(blowiong hot air). After a lot of calls and folow ups, they finally fixed it. But instead of looking for the root cause of the problem, they just filled gas. But after a few months, I had the same problem. Basically the product was defective from day 1(very small leak in gas somewhere that they could'nt identify so they just refilled the gas). I also had another unit that had the same problem. Customer service is so so so bad. Everytime you call because they have not responded, they say it will take another 24 to 48 hrs but nothing happens even after that time. They never keep their commitment to call back. Finally I spoke to the supervisor(Prabha) asking for a new unit as I have been very patient and the unit was faulty from start. If they fix it and if the same problem starts after a few months, I will be out of warantee and I will have to pay for fixing it. She promised to call me back the same day. But today, after 8 days, I am still trying to get in touch with her but in vain. After waiting for 40mins(I was put on hold), I ended the call. I am sure the second unit that had a problem earlier will also face the same issue after a couple of months. So please DON'T buy this brand as I am very sure you will face similar issues. I for sure will not buy this brand again. Even this review, I gavce them a chance to ammend things but looks like they really don't care. So I decided to share my experience with the rest out there to save you the agony.

First of all I want to say if you want to sale a particular brand only then why you people are having variety of brands.
I went to purchase Voltas Split AC and salesman Mr Rudra Pratap Singh insist me to purchase LLOYD AC and according to him LLOYD is the best AC. You know my mind also gone blank and I inspire from his Salesman skill and took LLOYD.
First of all I faced huge noise in my New brand AC. Installation man Sonu was in so hurry like he need to Catch a train. I raised complaint for new AC as this was unexpected. So in two or three attempts they clear it.
Now again I raised complaint for cooling as my newly purchased AC is not cooling properly and still after 6 days of complaint and continuously talking to Rudra the best salesman I am waiting for there technician to check my AC and say what is the problem actually.
Worst service from Initiative and worst service from LLOYDS.
My complete 40000 a hard core money which I earned from by giving my blood and sweat has been complete wasting.
My concern is why you people are having VOLTAS in your showroom when you don't want to sale it. Still I know profit margin and incentives matters but feeling should also be matter.

Poor customer service not giving any reply to customer bad experience one month back we replace the compression it worth nearly 11000 after one month again ac was not working again we went to service they did not even reply to us and did not pick up the phone call very very bad service please dont buy these lyyod products it will waste of your time and go for another company which have good services
The Third class service I had even seen of an company I will prefer to buy fan in compare to ac of this company
Installation is not possible said by customer care executive. Bad behaviour by customer care. Very worst service. Dont buy this company products.
The AC worked well for the first year. From the second year there were multiple issues starting from gas leakage to sensor issues. The technicians who attended had no clue of what the issue with the ac is.
The guy who came for installation did not fix the wall where they did hole for pips also did not cover up the pips with tap.
Also it is costly. Their customer support guy will call you to get KKG request number and when we complain so they denied for the support.
Their service is also not good, don't buy it , they r very worst in giving service very very worst I’m genuinely telling to all who r going for this 1 don’t buy it
Average quality of ac. i had purchased lloyd ac 4 years before my experience is average..it's life is 4years.customer cares technicians are ok .
