We have purchased window AC 1.5T in April 2023. After 1 month we have faced cooling issue and got solved by their customer care. Now in August AC suddenly stopped working, subsequently, we have complained their customer care and after checking by the technician says it will take one week to get it repair as one part is malfunctioned and have to get it from the Havells factory for that it will take one week. Just imagin such high humid weather how can a family can stay without AC i.e. after spending 31-32, 000 for AC and five years warranty i.e. almost 35, 000/-. If it is such a poor quality product then they would have a godown in Delhi for storing the parts. I request you people that dont buy Lloyds AC as per my experience.

I have paid 30% of AC price for relocation the AC, customer care of Lloyd’s and technicians all are fooled me. I have paid almost 10k for relocation of AC which bought at 32.5K. Never go for Lloyd’s. Mail communication attached for entire case study. Please refer before buying..

Lloyd ACs are the worst. Never ever by Lloyd products. I bought an AC and it broke down in just 3 months. I raised a service request and it took 6 days for the customer care to arrange a technical visit. The technical team came and couldn’t resolve the issue and left AC open. The customer care has closed the service request without resolving the issue. Such a pathetic service and technical support. The worst I have ever seen. These pricks are so good in escalating over call but they have absolutely zero ethics. After raising the service request I have escalated at least 10 times just to send the technical team to fix the issue. If they can't provide service in Hyderabad, they can't provide service anywhere else.


So please look for other brands while purchasing the AC. Otherwise you will suffer.

Service as well as product is very very bad

I have purchased a 1.5 split AC on APRIL 2023. Till date I could not use it properly. After installation of 03 days, water leakage problem starts. Two time servicing staff came but they could not rectify the problem. The leakage of water starts after 01 minutes of AC starts. The leakage of water is so heavy that after 05 to 10 minutes, around 2-3 Ltrs of water leaked. So we could not use it. After 01 month, the third service person told there is a problem in machine. One part of the AC has broken, so I complain to the company to send the new parts. but till i.e 08/08/2023, neither new parts received nor the problem been solved. I am coming from a lower middle class family. I have purchase the AC for my old parents in summer season. But they could not use it. I have asked to the shop where I brought the AC to return the AC and refund my money but they told that it is not possible. please suggest me what I will do in this matter.

Just a visit to check what's wrong and they charge 500. Hardly 2 years since purchase and spent thousands for service. Not 1 or 2. So far 6-8 services and mother board changed within a year.

I purchased Lloyd Split AC from Amazon on 23rd July. Got delayed on 30th July. Tried to contact Lloyd for installation. Every time they say that they are taking my case on high priority.


The installation is needed at sector 61, Noida. So clearly it is not a remote/rural area.

New Lloyd AC bought 2021.


Gas filling required March 2023 at time of servicing. Gas filling again required July, 2023. Seven (7) leakage spots found in coil !


This is not the Lloyds we have been used to ever since Havells took over. My first one lasted over 12 years and when I disposed it was in working condition. Was the most silent and effective Havells is just cutting corners now.

Have purchased llyod Havells Brand Ac from Susbhansh Electronics in virar it is been 2 months and it stoping Cooling


It is been in warranty So we raised the Query to customer care service which is in Nalaspora


First one guy Visited he told that there is some issue part need to order the next day one more guy came he also check neither he did not had any coordination with team and casually came and check and told he will coordinated with company


Again next day they dont call us I need to Call the Service center but one lady is there new joinee she dont no any story and she randomly ask me what is the problem at least keep a process


Again third guy come and check he say there is promben in sencor and fan so he with ask the company to order


but these is happening for 10 days Yesterday I call services center the lady told the parts as been arrived by today 11 the issue will be resolved but now also I call them they told that there is some mismatch in part so they need to order again


Moreover, the service provided by the company has been below par. When I faced issues with the AC, the customer service response was slow and unhelpful. The problems were not addressed promptly or efficiently, leading to prolonged inconveniences.

Please don't buy this Brand's ac look for another brand it will be benefitted for you.


Save your money by purchasing another brand ac.


It doesn't cooling my room just listening the sound of fan even outdoor was replaced by the company but still it doesn't work.

I have purchased llyod Havells Brand Ac from Vasanth & Co


AC has stopped working "P4 Error" & booked a service request from service center. No Proper response from the service center. they don't even know what the issue is & how it happened. simply saying that we will replace the spare.


they don't even have necessary ladder to check outdoor unit and asking us the arrange from somewhere which is not tolerable


Please do not buy Llyod Ac as they are providing worst service and no customer satisfaction.

I had purchased 4 ac from prakhar traders of sec 104 in 2020 along with 4 years extended warranty. On 26th may I complained regarding pcb problem in window ac. I was turned into a shuttle between the dealer and Lloyd. Ultimately I had to get it repaired from the market, so a humble request to all never purchase Lloyd products.

I have personally used the Lloyd Split AC 1.5 Ton, and I must say that it has been quite average in terms of performance and overall experience. The AC itself is not user-friendly, as the controls and features are not intuitive to navigate. It can be frustrating trying to operate the AC effectively.


Moreover, the service provided by the company has been below par. When I faced issues with the AC, the customer service response was slow and unhelpful. The problems were not addressed promptly or efficiently, leading to prolonged inconveniences.


Considering my personal experience, I would not recommend the Lloyd Split AC 1.5 Ton to others. There are better options available in the market with more user-friendly features and reliable customer service.

I, Nitin Khanna, a resident of Shahdara Delhi my registered mobile number 987392XXXX in your record and I have facing a lot of issue in replacement of my LLOYD AC 3star model number GLW18B3YWSMR which is neither utilised nor fitted since purchased due to a loud noise coming out of it.


We bought the AC from a nearby dealer YASH ENTERPRISES 1/9946 Main Babarpur Road, West Gorakh Park Shahdara Delhi-110032 on 20-5-2023. When he finalised the deal with us, he assured that he will send 2023 model of AC and we paid him all dues, but when it reached to us it was of 2022 model.


For complaining about that he convinced us in his way about that issue and forced us to keep that one only. We had to keep. And now when LLOYD employee came to install it, we noticed that it is producing a loud noise which is unbearable. They told that our technician will come and solve the issue. When he came he firstly said that this noise is natural there is no issue but when we discuss on him to exchange. He is click the photos as attached and send to LLOYD company and said let me talk to our company(Visited at our Home Engineer Name Tushar Jatav Mobile Number 8527884766). Please check below mentioned our complaints number many times but not solve my issue:

And till now even after facing all these no one is ready to listen us and give us a satisfied feedback. Even the dealer has refused to exchange it even don’t listen to our problem! Really disgusting.


Our AC is kept unused and untouched without fitting in our home. We need replacement and answer to our query. Is this the correct behaviour to a customer by LLOYD company

It the worst company. Kindly don't but any AC product from this company.


I bought it just before 1month the outdoor unit is defective and very very noisy. One can not sleep peacefully with this noice.as it's under warranty multiple times I registered compalin and ask for replacement but they are not ready to replace it. The service is very poor.. Best to go for other brand.


Never ever recommended anyone to buy it .
