They do not come afer so many calls and when they come they simply ignore yiour problem

I Bought 4 ac LLOYED a year ago. It's been a month since an ac complainant called and still nothing has been done. Many reasons are given in this hot season. Everyone says it will come tomorrow and the next day. not coming I won't buy Lloyd's product again even if they say it's free. I have never bought a product with such unresposible service in my life.

Worst product and more worst customer service company. Don't buy LLoyd ACs beacuse it has worst customer service department. Call center executive always says they are their to help customer and after every call they say that they have esclaated the issue and they can not do anytihng else. When I ask them to provide any contact details they say that they can not provide. Even if you mail them on custiomer service IDs you will never get any response from anybody.Never exprienced such worst exprience from any brand
I spend 37000 on this ac, to regret choosing this company, after sales service is pathetic. It's not even two years and the unit got complaints it's been a week we are suffering from scorching heat and sleepless night as technicians are not resolvingg the issue. Moreover different technicians giving us different reasons. I am also dissatisfied with QRS who suggested Lloyd inspite of poor service.
This is the world’s no1 waste company. I registered a complaint from 2 months totally 12 persons came in my home . 3 technicians said it’s complaint but still the company is saying we can’t do anything it’s proper working. I called may times customer service they said
I have registered a complaint about AC malfunctioning on 4/5/2022.Some guys came came from a servicing centre called SPARKY from Kochi.They said it is a complaint of the AC’s electronic board and they took the board for repairing.After 3 days this guys closed my complaint request as if the complaint has been rectified.When I enquired an arrogant guy said that it will take time to repair that is why they closed it.I reported this to Lloyd service centre and they said only there manager can reopen the request so they promised that there manager will call me.But nobody called.Now it is been one month and nobody is bothered about my AC.Whenever I call SPARKY an arrogant guy will speak very irresponsibly about the issue.Once when I said that I will complaint about this behaviour he said he is not bothered.Beware of guys coming from SPARKY AC service and LOYD
No Service . Bought a split AC of Lloyd burning smell from day one and no one to attend to the complaint.
We have purchased Split Lloyd air conditioner 1.5T on 28/08/2021 & used for 2 months in last summer. This year we started using AC in March 22 with 15 days it stopped cooling. For lodging complaint you have to learn installing App from google store fill all the details and lodge complaint through app only. We did the same. Complaint was attended after 3 days but AC failed very next day. Again the complaint was made attended to after 2 days but failed to cool 3rd day. We are still awaiting the Engineer to attend for our 3rd complaint within 10 days.
We have very bad experience with the Lloyd air conditioner. Buy any other AC other than Lloyd. The service center people switch off their phone any time during office hours. Very difficult to reach them.
Guys i got 1.5 ton new split ac, And compressor stopped working. As Asked to change in warranty, they started misbehaving and threatening, no response and support from anywhere! Atlast threw the ac! Dont buy! As all cheaters and frauds! All are equally involved! And no one will support u. They find excuses to fight with u and later stop attending ur requests!!
Good AC Of lloyd. The service duration is always good of lloyd Air conditioners it alwaya work on good electricity and provides cooling well

Hello Everyone! Today I am writing review on Lloyd air conditioner.
I personally bought their Air conditioner just because of few thousand less pricing in compared to other brands. But when it stopped working then they never had any trained engineers with them to rectify the problem as Llyod has no after sales services or well trained employee in comparison to other good brand names in AC.
After 2 months its cooling starts decreasing and lot of noise coming from AC. After few days it stopped working . I called them but they told me technician will come after 4 days. Even if they send technician they will told you that part is not available when we have we will let you know. When I called them again after a week they told me the same . Then I called urban clap and repaired the AC and I have to spend 2500 on new AC.
They have low quality products and inferior products with very bad customer service and no satisfaction and not at all value for money.
I will not recommend this product to anyone.
Really disappointing service they have ... won't suggest anyone to buy the lloyd air conditioner....the serviceman is rude and not at all experienced and illmanered .. they advice to change the interior of the room rather than solving the issue..

I have Purchased a Lloyd Split AC 1.5 Ton on 09/05/2019 from Big Bazar Noida and agent told me that 2Dry & 1 Wet free service is covered under warranty period
but when I registerd a complaint no. 1803204817221 on 18/03/2020 for free service under warranty your Lloyd Technician(Mobile.9599672832) ask me Rs 500/- for Wet service
and told me that only Dry services can be given free under warranty. So I think Llyod service is very bad & why purchase time they tell wrong to a customer. It waste my time & harres mently by your poor service system.

Worst AC. Very very very very terrible AC and horrible customer service.
Since the day one the AC has issues.
No cooling at all.
Registered complains n number of times,
The company sends technician and they comes an the guy himself advised that the AC has issues in itself.
It's a failure model which cannot be repaired.
He advised to request company for replacement AC but the customer service is so so poor keeps on sending technicians and the technicians kept on advisIng the same thing that it's a failure model.
A complete rip of money.
Terrible terrible terrible AC
I bought 1.5 ton Lloyd ac two months agoand it was working properly for a week after that it was not coolingand due to covid I was not able to call them, today I call them and they checked and told me that the gas has been leaked. And I have another LG ac that is working properly for last 3 years, it shows the quality difference.
I have been using this product for last 2 years. I am quite satisfied with the Cooling system. Also, Havells is the main branding of the same. Reliability and performance is best ompared to career. I prefer cleaning of plates on regular occasions and it is giving best results. I would like to give suggestions to provide ELCB supply for preventing any internal damages to PCB in worst scenarios .
I bought 1.5 ton slot and 1.5 ton window ac.
Split ac leaked in one year and leakage was from indoor unit. Company told evaporator its not available so I need to replace complete unit and pay full amount for indoor unit and gas charge.
This year again when I started ac, the id no cooling means again gas has leaked.
Window ac also no cooling, gas leaked.
Horrible quality and no service from company.
I don't recommend anyone to buy such useless product
Cooling is no good even in 16 degree.
10 year old panasonic ac has more cooling than this.

1 - If a Room sq ft is below 100 sq ft, then go for 0.75/0.8 or 1 Ton AC. That will be enough. 2 - If a Room sq ft is between 100-200 sq ft, then go for 1 Ton AC.
