The lg air conditioner which provides a good cooling in the room here the cooling capacity which are a 5000w so if u turn on this ac so it will takes to room colling like a just 15 min after that the room will child,. so I want to tell u to buy lg ac the product and service both provide a good and awesome performance and the instalation charge is only just a 500 beacuse yhat offfer provides by lg.

I am going to share my experience with LG LWA5CP3A 1.5 TON 3 STAR WINDOW AC, Gyz I purchased ot last year during starting of summers. Previous year was full of cooling effect due to this ac. Its cooling was satisfactory. Its a great advantage that is is tested up to 56 degree atmospheric temperature unlike VOLTAS, so if even temperature is more than 50 degree ot will not trip and colling will ve maintained. Thos again I have started using it. I know this year too my summer will be full of cooling effect. So gyz of you want an AC its my suggestion go for LG only. Its best and trusted. Good luck

It works very good and giving good cooling in 45 degrees temperature conditions also. Lg brand is very user friendly if it is copper condenser then ok but unfortunately I had purchased the aluminium condeser. After twoyears aluminium condeser got damaged by that I faced the gas leakage problem. Then change it and replaced with copper condenser. Now it is working very good. Recentl pcb damaged by rat bite local mechanic removed and given direct connectio. Spare parts not available in open market spare rates are very high.

This is LG best air conditioner. Its cooling is amazing. power consumption cost is low. the remote control is also very sleek. the grill quality is also good. the noise is not more than 40db. the service & support of LG is good. I am full satisfied with this air conditioner. the fine inner mesh is stoping all dirt good. anyone one can easly wash it at home. this is value for money product. this is nice ac.

I am using this product from Two years now, Its a good product and I would recommend if you are looking for something durable. Its been a while now I am using this product but it still works like a new buy. But if you are looking for efficiency it doesn't fit. So if you can spend a little more for one time you may rather go for a 5 star AC. Also the customer support  service is very bad and they will not respond to your query till you drop a dozen E- Mails. Cooling is good. the compressor makes a little sound. I would say don't expect very good. but its a OK product to buy in its range.

I would like say that, I have purchased this product one week ago but I m not at all happy with this product. I had a lot of expectation regarding this product but it totally failed to fulfill my expectation.

The service for the product is not good. I have to make a lot of phone calls to the customer service operator but they did not reply onces.

One of the important draw back of this product is that is carry a lot of power. Which results in increase in electricity bill. It also take a lot of time to cool the entire room. It takes about 20 to 25 mins. Which is not at all commentable. I would highly appeal to the LG to properly check on this matter.

This product is not reliable and donot provide that satisfaction which is desires by one.

There are tons of other AC which are providing much better result in compare to this product both in respect of price as well as service.

This air conditioner is not at all value for money. This is totally a waste.

I sincerly hope that the LG company will bring more better product than this one.

I am totally dissatisfied by the service provided by Bajaj Allianz.

First of all to get the toll free number is a very challenging task and even though you manage to get it, you would be redirected to different department. The agents doesn’t seem to be responsible to follow up with the issue customer is facing after he has paid for it. The whole team(bajaj alianz customer support and its service centres) are very irresponsible. I logged a call for my AC issue 7 days back and still no one has turned up yet to resolve it. They do not have a proper toll free number the number they are reachable is Haryana number and its an STD call to me. I have to to call them daily for 30 minutes, explain from the begning even after giving the ticket number and they give a false promise that they will follow up and resolve the issue.

After 3 days of ticket creations and daily follow up since the issue was not resolved they simply gave me the service center number and asked me to get in touch with them. It is such an irresponsible thing to do. When a customer has paid them to service they have to take full responsibility to resolve it, instead of giving a service center number. The service center guy Mr. Sathish is one more irresponsible fellow. He also gave false commitments with his team Mr. Masood, Mr. Palani and Mr.Riyaz that they will resolve this issue with in a day. They never came and when I give them a call daily 5 times they say they will send someone and simply play blame game with in eachother. Being a customer I’m not bothered to listen to it. I’m bothered to get my issue resolved which never happened. After 7 days Sathish says that he feels bad about his team that has not resolved the issue and he will assign it to different team. The bajaj service team has not lost anything in this. It is me as a customer lost money and time following up with irresponsible people daily 5 times for continuous 7 days.

I strongly recommend my friends, colleagues, neighbours, relatives and others not to have any policies with Bajal Allianz. If they are not responsible for rectifying home appliance then think about the long term investment they promise. I don’t want anyone to suffer because of such an irresponsible company. I have raised this complaint in consumer complaints, Mouthshut and other grievance websites.

I am going to share my review on Ac art cool. I just logged in to warn other -don't buy an LG. This thing only worked when the temperature was <30? and even then it was blowing air.above that it would shutdown .I tried everything to fix it over some year.

The only avdvice I can give is get as much extented warranty as you can .we have had our four Lg aircool aircons for 6 years .one 3kw unit had to be replaced on installation with one repair after two years .our other 3kw unit has been repaired 3times under warranty and is now on its 4 repair at our cost .Havent had any problem with smaller two units apart from leaking down the wall.still working and we are keeping our finger crossed .I never had any problem with the unit until the warranty had expired and then it just stopped working.

Lg is not worth of money and their service is pathetic.No proper cooling .heavy sond

I have a personal experiance of this AC as I am using it from last 7 months at my shop. This Ac is good in its cooling capacity which make the room cool in just a little time and remain cool for long time. Looks wise it is very stylish and having grate designs.

The customer support services are average as they installed it but not give demo they also demand extra for this installation.

This AC is good in its performance but this leady to heavy bills of electricity.

Overall this product is value for money but I recommended to them to improve there quality.
