Hi. I purchased this Worst Brand LG AC last year Apr (2019). It was running good for first 6 months, then it started cooling issues.
LG service team is very much interested in charging big amounts only, they dont know meaning of service.
From Jan 2020, AC not workong and today is May 26th, I'm still waiting for someone to come and give solution. I escalated this issue through LG App, Raised service requests, but there is no solution till date.
Before buying LG product, pls be careful with this brand. Till the time it runs you will be happy, once issue reports then only God should save us.
