LG LSA5NP5F/5A 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC

Both are not cooling. Compressor not run on full load even at 18 degree. AC under warranty. Let c what lg can do else I file a case in consumer court

I brought LG Dual Inverter 1.5 in 19/10/2017 from MidPlaza Electronics Vadodara, Gujarat

ac working for 1St Yrs without any problem

after 1yr I was facing problem in cooling I lock complaint in lg customer care after many days there third party vendor call me to confirm visit and explain me there charges on telephone

for visiting they took charges 1199/-

and the told me to replace aluminum pipe to copper with Gas they charg me 3600/-

total charges 4799/-

outdoor unit shifting charges 1400/-

so 6199/- then I start in last march 2020 problem again not getting cooling

I want to complaint but unfortunately lock down start

one of my friend doing AC Business I ask him to check it he told me for Gas refilling

26march-2020 refilling done and 22april 2020 problem start again

infect I brought my all electronics items like TV, 420 Fridge with LG Brand only

but after that incident I strongly request you to please don't go for LG Brand

After on season its cooling is so bad. Its service and maintenance are 3rd party service they are not given proper service plz don't buy any product of LG.

I bought LG inverter AC in 2017 . Gas leaked from it in 2019 and now again gas leak in 2020 .Now it is lockdown so No LG Technician will come . And their call centre not picking phone , Now iv to do it from other Technician . Never ever buy LG AC . In fact my 2010 Hitachi AC still working fine ....

Excellent cooling is high temperature environment.LG is best of all for its quality service and product quality.

Only concern is that they have reduced warranty period of compressor from 10 years to 5 years, may be due to competitive pricing.

Good AC with affordable cost power, consumption is also less as I had seperate meter attached with AC iam. Checking daily instant cooling. Awesome product over all

I bought this ac on icici credit card in 41000 emi. I got casback of 7000 rupees. Very good in saving electricity consumption. It dual inverter 5 star. No problems.

LG is know for it good after sale service. Very poor quality of after sale service in Goa, panjim. Even after 10 days no one visit for first response. Need right person to escalate this service issue. Customer care tell us that we have forwarded this complaint to our representative at Goa. Don't know they really mean for its brand name or not.

I had a LG air conditioner.It is 3 star rated A/C.so it is excellent in its perfomance.And also I like this product like my family member.so I like this product to buy again for my brother.And also it is easy to clean, and also it has 10 year warranty.that is the important point only LG can share.And this A/C very powerful.Look the full form of LG is life guard that is it powerful meaning.

LG inverter V 1.5T AC

I have using this Ac from the past 2 years no compressor issues and it gives fast cooling user friendly and eco friendly its power consumption is very economy it balance the room temperature very nicely in summer like 45° degree it gives excellent performance

Sharing a very bad experience .We bought LG 2 ton AC on 7/3/2016 for Rs 42585/= As per the installation guidelines, which said the brand foes not provide copper piping, we paid 2500 rs extra plus 2300 extra for installation.Barely 3 years after we paid Rs9000 to replace the piping.The AC service guy said that the pipingninsidevus of very poor quality.

Coils had to exchanged after 4 months of use. My friend had to spend 13k for same after warranty period. I am afraid to get into same situation in future.

LG is gulling people by selling defaulty products.

Never gonna buy LG products in future.

Very Worst product from lg. It needs 3000 rs to 8000 rs for gas leaking ever year. LG fails in ac segment and led TV also. They are thinking that we are very big brand, but in reality it becomes very Worst brand. They are totally cheating people.

I bought an LG AC Q12YNZA 1 ton from Amazon.com. I wanted my known person to install as AC as there were various apprehension about the service provided. The guy from this service centre(named Jobin Jo) called and told that only LG authorized staff can install the AC else the warranty will be void. He was asking 2000 rs for a 1 ton AC stabilizer which is available for 1600 rs in market. Also he was very rude to me and disconnected the call in between. I was worried about the investment of my hard earned money, so I called the Service centre"Aar Kay Tech" in Venalla Kochi. The person Mr. Venugopal pciked up my call and he was more rude and asked me to do what ever I want to.I now am returning the LG Ac due to extremely pathetic customer service.

I have bought 1.5 ac split A.C. At the buying time, it was assured to me that 2 free services will be provided within 1 year. But I did not get any service within 1 year. After 1 year I faced some problem in A.C. . I called service center for servicing then they told me that it will be payable.

Very poor service and product I would like to say.

Never expected from a brand like lg

Seems like I have been cheated

It gets repaired often and I need to spend money over it unnecessarily....I am disappointed and would like the company to take some action and send the service men to get it done .

As we all know about this brand, reliability is good, cooling is not worth for money, window ac is perfect rather than split ac in the terms that they provide more sharper cooling and let you feel cozy, but this this doesn't work much for me as I had expected.although service personnel are well trained and experiences and as already excellent after sales service and support.no need to worry about maintenance it is similar to other brands.

Last year I bought this AC.i have best experience with this air conditioner.its very reliable. It is working in my hall which is so big in area.this AC tooks little time to chill whole of hall.sound of AC is like nothing.and very friendly product.its can be adjustable in very small space.there are various function in this AC as we need we change mode of it.it is durable and affordable product by LG as compare to other brands in market.coustmer service and support is too fine and quick of LG. Overall LG returns full valve of money to their customer.well job by LG.

From the very first month when I have purchased it, I faced lot of problems like water leakage, cooling problem. LG technician has been repair the same so many times but results are zero. really a big mistake from my side that I have purchased this LG brand.
