LG means life good. But not really in my case, it produce many products but when it comes about its services these folks says there product last long only for 5 years and after that u can demolish this product as they dont have parts to repair that product. ? Friends I am asking from u all? does these words worth from big name LG for a middle man person who buy product from his/her hard earning and at the end he/she get such a worst reply from their mgrs that we cant do anything this is our company policy, you have to buy new product.

LG Split Ac is good in home usage. I am using LG Split Ac 1.5 Ton last 3 years there is no problem still now and very cooling. In hot months u can use LG Split for your home. I have been using this product for 2 years and it is working perfectly I have not used other brands AC but I can say that lg will not make to regret your decision. so you can go for this air condition without worry I have LG1.5 ton 3 star AC and its is more than enough for my11*13 size is best size room my roomdoes not have open roof exposed to sun and no walls too. I set the temperature at 25-30 and it makes me to sleep comfortably and verry good air condition

I buy AC of LG but its not working in 1month then complaning on service centre there no response to the product in the warranty period. So I suggested to not buy the product of LG by its service and decision depends on you. I heard the quality and service is good but this I can't see this in company because my one and the first product of this company is not good so I hate to this product because I spend on this and not get satisfaction.

My review is based on my personal experience of using LG SPLIT AC 1.5 TON! I am very happy with the service of the air condition. I had an air condition of a different brand but this is exceptional! Cooling is very fast and it chills the room within minutes! Customer Service is very supportive as they reply very quickly. Quality of the product is very good . It has two filters so it accumulates the dirt quickly plus it's easy to take out and clean! Truly it's Value for money . Money not being too much it delivers a lot more:)

I bought this AC last year after using this best air conditionor I thought I should post my experience about this AC so that if someone is thinking to buy this AC it would be helpful for them. Design of this AC is very well. Main thing I noticed in this AC is it's fast cooling power capabilty. My room is very big and room cooled by it with in 5 -8 min. Every electronic product performance made it a best and the performance and cooling capabilty with in 5min it made him a best AC. We all know LG is trust worthy brand and if we talk about the service of this AC it is very cheaper then other AC, I am saying this because my brother using voltas's AC and it's service is expensive them my AC. So if someone is thinking to buy this go and buy it without tension.

I would like to suggest the people who are going to purchase split AC for coming summer season that don't go for this AC. It is just a brand name they are using but its very poor quality. After purchasing this AC within 1 year there is a gas leakage so service man filled the gas and went but immediately its again leaked after two days so again the person came and checked the copper rod and second time they came to know that copper rod is damaged and it is replace with my cost. Than after one month it is again given trouble so again service man came and taken entire system to their work shop. After all it is in warrenty period so they blindly changed the compressor and fitted it back. But again it is gave the same problem and they keep it in observation for almost 2 weeks and they observed that the condensor( mesh) have micro leakage and they changed this with my cost. After one month they fitted it back and they said this time there will not be any problem. But I am not feeling that it is giving proper cooling also it is making Sound this time. I thought it is my mistake that I lost almost 8 thousand to repair this AC. I brought another brand of AC instead of spending money in LG AC. Now my new AC of another brand is giving very cooling and no sound at all. I changed my LG AC to another bed room which is occasionally used when any guest comes. Really its waste of my money to buy LG split AC 1.5 ton. This may be my bad luck that I got a bad peace but service is very very poor.
