LG LSA3MP2M 1 Ton 2 Star Split AC Reviews

LG AC -really poor quality and customer support.
Mar 24, 2014 11:19 PM 55470 Views

Had been following up with LG for 5 months for the new Split AC I bought in Oct 2013 is still to be fixed or money refunded. Below is the blog to show how they cheat:

https://lg-ac-think-before-you-buy.blogspot.in/

Somehow I ended up finding these numbers for Mumbai in case you need, Call center will not give you easily:

Mumbai customer care head (Kadambari Patil -022-65659777).

Area Sales Manager ASM (Mr. Nandkishore - 9930362572).

Boss of ASM Ajayan - 9930362571.

Review on LG 1 Ton Split AC - LSA3AR2M
Oct 29, 2013 01:01 PM 32863 Views

Being one of the most trusted brand is what made me opt for LG brand. We recently shifted to our new house and being situated far away from station among a deserted area, it gets really hot and humid during summer season and humid during the rainy season. Even winters aren't that windy.

We finally came to a conclusion to install an air conditioner, and then we opted for LG as a brand with the model no LSA3AR2M. We didn't want high tonnage AC so we opted for the basic 1 tonnage AC which was enough to satisfy our needs.

The AC has separate evaporator and compressor units, which are joined by refrigerant pipes and this system is different than the other AC's that I had scouted during my search for AC's. The AC is wall mounted type and can be installed very easily as it's very much compact unit.

The use of this unit also is very easy as there are glow lights enabling easy usage even during night. The AC has 2 star energy rating and it's quite decent, and can be used efficiently in a room of 100 square feet.

The Electricity saver mode helps in consuming less electricity which is one of the key factors that made me take a decision while buying this AC. As other AC's this AC too comes with anti-bacterial filter. Nothing different here.

Money wasn't a constraint so we opted to buy this smart unit, that costed me around Rs.28000.

Performance of this unit: It took me around 2 months to understand what this unit had to offer in terms of performance and efficiency. Many of my colleagues cribbed about high electricity bill after using AC for 8-10 hours a day and their electricity bill shooting up to 3000-4000 according to their use i.e 8-10 hours a day.

I use this unit for 9 hours approximately per day and have seen increase in my electricity bill by 1000 which I felt was quite decent. The cooling is also very uniform, and 1 tonnage is good for a room with 100 sq feet.

Noise of this unit: This unit does not throw out much noise. Many of my office colleagues keep discussing about the noise that their AC emits especially during the night. Till now it's been 4 months and the AC is as calm as a cucumber. This would be the most irritating thing, as after witnessing divine cooling one wouldn't be able to sleep due to the noise coming from the ac.

Smell coming from the unit: There are some traces of bad smell coming from the ac, but this issue is subjective. Some people do agree to me and some people choose to differ from me. Am in a state of confusion what to do about it. But maybe after waiting for another month I would be in a proper state to comment on this.

Uniformity of the unit: The AC vents are adjustable and the fan mode too can be adjusted. Shooting the wind towards a specific direction helps in reducing electricity bills. Uniformity comes into picture when there are many people in your room.

One more thing worth mentioning is that 18 degree Celsius is actually 18 degree Celsius. As many brands claim 18 degree cooling but does not fulfill their claims, this unit is surely up to the mark.

Service & Support: The service and support till now has been top notch. LG customer support team takes continuous feedback's till now. This was something impressive. Maybe after 2 months i.e 6 months they would not follow up with me, but still the service and support is awesome and this is one of the most important thing while buying something which costs around Rs.28000.

Cooling and Sound: As I said the cooling is quite even and perfect with the vents adjustable up, down, left, right. There isn't any sound as of yet, so thumbs up to this feature.

Quality & Durability: The quality of the unit is quite good and as I already mentioned it is compact. It's been around 4 months so commenting on it's durability would be too early to discuss about, would certainly update after a year or so about it's durability.

Value for Money: Being said and done, this AC is a decent buy in a range of Rs. 25000-3000. High value AC are highly recommended.

Highly impressed by it's build quality and uniformity during cooling.

Final rating: 3.5/5 and recommended.

AMC for LG AC - BEWARE !!!!! DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY
Jun 13, 2013 08:18 PM 11997 Views

This is PRABHU FROM CHENNAI, TAMBARAM AREA, I have opted for AMC for my LG AC on 6/4/12 and I have paid Rs 3750/-.. These customer service ppl will treat u like dumb during AMC period. They ll just come and clean the external filter after you calling them more than 15 times for general service, which can be easily done by even 5 year old kid. They do not tell you what ll they do during the General Service. Simply cleaning the filters is just stupid.

The call should be attended by the engineer within 24 hrs, but he ll call you after 4 or 5 days that too during evening time 7pm and will say , I ll come tomorrow, because its already 7.. if you say if you are not available on next day. that guy will say that he ll close the complaint and place a new request.. WHY THE HELL???? its his job to attend it in 24 hrs, but that fellow will call u after 5 days , and says he ll cancel the request..

Don't waste your HARD EARNED MONEY by opting AMC for LG..esp in TAMBARAM AREA.

Good cooling
May 07, 2011 02:57 AM 29322 Views

I have been using this AC for a year now, it is the best as also have been using Carrier AC in the 2nd bedroom, but the cooling for this AC, is surprising more powerful than that of Carrier AC, plus I had to service the Carrrier AC twice, maybe the Carrrier AC is not meant for indian condition.

I took both AC at approximately the same time and I haven't service the LG AC even once. I never thought the LG would come up with such a good product, would recommend this to anyone who tries to buy this

I have seen Bad Products, but LG is nightmare !
Apr 30, 2011 04:47 PM 28546 Views

Life is nightmare on Elm Street, if you have LG products. I Bought two 1.5 Ton Window  AC's sometime 2007 summers, gas leaked in 2010, and 2011 respectively. Service center guys complain about the quality and openly say buy other products. The problem as per the service engineer was moisture:

Due to moisture corrosion has set in and gas has leaked. I want to understand if these companies study the environment where they are releasing their products? Do they customize the products to suit local climate, or do they manufacture their products to work in Utopian conditions in 30  Degree temperature with no rains, no dust, no wind, noo Indian summer. Why the heck are these companies here ? But then maybe we are to be blames to be running after these foreign brands.

Voltas / Blue Star were good and lasted 9 years forthe first refill, post whicj I sold it thinkingit might have outlasted its life. But am now sure that it would have outlasted these new AC's hands down.

This year on a paid service trip to the Authorized center, am yet to hear from them despite 10 days of  WIP. Wonder if they are repairing an AC or trying to re engineer the piece from a scratch.

Pathetic Products, Worse Service, and Devil May Care Attitude. Wish We had negative ranking here  and I would have skewed their CSAT scores bigtime

Do not ever buy LG products
Apr 22, 2011 09:28 AM 28549 Views

*My experience with LG company  has been quite bitter. I purchased a LG 1.5 ton split AC last year. I practically used it only for four months during the rainy season. This year when I switched it on it is not giving proper cooling.Company's mechanic informed me that there is leakage problem of gas.He advised me to go for AMC for which I will have to pay Rs.2206/= to the company.

It seems LG company is more interested in AMC rather than paying attention to improve the quality of their products.Same thing is true about its other products.*

Dont buy LG products - particularly LG washing mc
Jan 11, 2011 11:33 AM 29612 Views

Just 5-6 month back, I purchased Front loading Washing machine of LG ---it is So horrible &  the service after SALES is pathetic, ... it so bad, , ...they have all center (24 hrs for India at Mumbai) but it is also equally bad, ....they dont care for customer , ...they will say that they will said service center man but it will nerver reached in 24 hrs on ever bother to give call back, ....you have to chase to get it done, ........my humble request you to DONT BUY LG washing machine at all.  if you wish to then GOD bless you, ...because u will be in trouble then, , ....i think LG should not give any commitment to consumer for service atleast (after sales).

LG (LIFE IS NOT GOOD )
Mar 20, 2010 05:57 PM 22707 Views

I purchased a LG 1ton split a/c [model no : LSA3NWZVF1] from Satyam Electronics, Bandra, Mumbai on 26/2/09. Earlier I had a another brand which lasted for 1 year only, the main problem being their after sales service. Looking at the advertisments in media and print I decided to go for LG, ignoring all the warnings against the decision from my friends and colleagues. Ideally a person buys ab a/c for comfort and cool, noise free environment, but to my surprise it is a big headache to deal with LG. ( LIFE IS NOT SO GOOD )

After installation it worked nicely for some time and cooling was good but no body turned up for servicing. I rang them up and the technician came and did the servicing. I inquired whether I would have to remind them for servicing each time, and I was told that they had my record in their system, and that their technician would come as per schedule. I am a practicing doctor and this a/c is fitted in my cabin. I am writing this complaint in a very hot atmosphere due to LG.Had I listened to my well-wishers, such inconvenience could have been very easily prevented. I have purchased a Samsung a/c for my room really speaking I have no complaints against their a/c or after sales service.

It is a shame that such a global brand is treating its customers with such a laid back attitude. I have complained to they're service department but till now I have not received any response what so ever. Life would have been a lot better without LG.

LG : Life is not so Good
Mar 19, 2010 09:38 PM 24821 Views

I've purchased an LG Split A/C LSA3ZG5NTY1 Model A/C (from Jayem & Co, Chennai (Velachery Branch) on Feb 22 2010. It was delivered on Feb 24 2010.

I found later that  it was made on May/2008 the dealer did not inform this fact and basically tried to pull a fast one. Its having low cooling and noise coming intermittently. Also the unit has some physical damage.

Details of the Unit in question :

Model: LSA3ZG5NTY1

Dealer : Jayam & Co, 15, North Vijai Nagar, Velachery, Chennai 600042. (Please avoid buying from here)

Both A/C's were installed by LG. Installation request id C1022414792 done on Feb25th.

The series of events.

Both A/C's were installed by LG. Installation request id C1022414792 done on Feb25th.

Feb 25

The pack was opened by the LG engineer. Before installation it was noted that there is a small piece missing from the bottom right corner in the indoor unit. I pointed out the same to the service engineer, it was told that this kind of "small" damage is normal and will not cause any harm.

I specifically asked if this will be any problem and if this will make any noise or loss in cooling efficiency during operation. I was told nothing will be wrong and gave personal assurance that "he will take care of it if anything goes wrong". Installation was done and the copper tube was cut in half instead of rolling it as I've seen in other cases and the rest of it was given to me.

I felt the cooling was low immediately after installation and informed the same the the LG engineer. He said this will be ok after the A/C "runs-in".

First day everything seemed ok except for the cooling, even a low setting of 22-24C was not enough to bring the temperature down. I have a standalone digital temperature gauge showing 27C when A/C shows it has achieved 23C. 4 days went by the cooling did not improve as the service engineer told and to make matters worse the A/C is now giving some noise during operation. This comes and goes and it seems the whole body on the right side of the indoor unit is shaking and making the noise (this is where the damage is).

March 1

I came to know the A/C is 22 months old when my sister and co-brother visited the place and commented the A/C looks used. I was shocked to find that the sticker on the A/C said the unit says it was made in 2008.Then I verified the box the unit came in and it said May/2008. So this means I've got a unit which is 22 Months Old.

On calling the dealer the next day he initially said LG has been contacted and this can be resolved. On asking him what is the usual procedure he said in a very rude manner "what do you expect from me ?" I told him I just wanted to know what is the normal outcome in this sort of cases. He then lost his cool and blamed me for asking for a specific model. I kept my cool and requested if I can call him in case anything is required. He rudely said "there is no need to call me, you can speak with LG". I then understood there is no further use explaining my situation and thanked him and kept the phone down.

I created a request id (C1030109349) with LG

March 2

The LG engineer who came to check the unit on March 2, said the temperature is within the "normal" range. In this case all I can do is take his word as I have no clue how to "disprove" his finding. I did tell him about the temperature difference in the standalone digital thermometer I have, he sheepishly said "grill temperature is fine" and gave some theory on A/C in rooms, walls up the "cooling" and all that.

I might be wrong. In my view the dealer tried to pull a fast one and now that he is caught he is trying to put the blame in LG.

March 3

I received a call March 3rd morning from Mr. Ramaswamy from LG. He requested if he could visit my place and have a look at the A/C. I said it ok to visit anytime before 2 as I'll leave for office after 2. He said he will come and will inform if there is any change. around 12:45 he was kind enough to call again and inform he will not be able to make it today and apologized for the change in plan.

I had also contacted Mr. Gopalakrishnan who's number I got from LG support. He was kind enough to call me back and requested for the installation request id.

March 4

Mr. Ramaswamy visited today. I told him the chain of events and informed that I wish to have the unit replaced. He felt the unit was not "used" and cooling is fine. I also mentioned if only the dealer had told the truth and was polite to me I'd have not brought this up and would have been happy to have the cooling and noise issue fixed. Since I feel he tried to intentionally cheat me I felt I should take this up. I also informed that if a replacement cannot be done I'd be forced to file a formal complaint against the dealer. He said he will do his best to resolve the issue and get a replacement. He also mentioned that I might not get the same model, I informed if the features are same I don't really mind.

I shared my view that the only way I think to see who did this is to track the serial number to the "original" sale. If the dealer is indeed telling the truth (from the way he spoke I doubt it ) LG is to blame for giving an old unit. Else the dealer is at fault and unfortunately LG is being blamed for the dealer trying to cheat.

March 9

Got call from LG, they requested me to select a model from the site that has similar features. I found to my surprise there are no comparable models . Even if I take out 3 of the above features away. I informed LG folks that really don't like to "down-grade", and requested LG to help me give a list of comparable models with the one I have.

March 16

Nothing happens. I drop a follow-up email.

March 17

Got call from LG requested me to check out  the model LSA3ZP5VTY1. All the features except for the "Neo Plasma.".I reverted back informing I'm ok with this model as this seems to be the best one we can arrive upon given the circumstances.

March 18

LG literally drops the "bomb". I'm being asked by LG  to pay 3200 for a lesser model. I'm told that nothing can be done about the price and I'll have to pay the difference amount out of my pocket. Worse still if I select a lower model I'll not get the difference amount refunded.

March 19

I inform LG this is not at all acceptable.

Summing it up

I'm yet to hear from LG, however I feel the damage is done already. Kindly avoid the dealer Jayam & Co, Chennai and LG.

LG LSA19Z Split AC
Nov 11, 2009 03:41 PM 24429 Views

This is part 1 of 2 on the 2 LG LSA##Z series. The review was too big to fit into 1 piece. The other part deals with the LSA13Z, this is for the LSA19Z.

I am not even sure how to or what to write about this. I did not want an AC but there was some bad mosquito problems as well my neighbors LG AC which was opposite my window and that creates so much noise I wanted to move right away but my wife convinced me to move to a different room. So since I had only been here a week, I decided to get an AC to be able to live here.

I looked at a lot but did not have too many choices. I wanted a plasma filter, which cut down the choices drastically. I also wanted it to be energy efficient because at the time elec rates were rising and I figured if I used the AC for 5 years I would recoup the extra cost. Not knowing much about AC's, I decided to find out. Remember, there can be great AC's but if you dont have access to get it, they are all pretty useless. You have to take what you can get.

Now I am not sure about Indian sales people. But these guys must think they are gods gift to the human race or something because they think they can screw you, tell lies to your face, wink and nod to other people around you while they talk to you. I have had some of these guys talk in another language to their friends in front of me about how they will rip me off. I dont care about the price if I can get what I want so I ignore it.

So I started looking. But LG is so convoluted in their naming schemes, there are so many models which takes a course to figure out. They change names in every country. Their Indian web site dont work for most things, for what it works, it gives very little info. So I had to look at other info but since model numbers and features are different I had to guess. But then I narrowed it down to what I wanted most and that was a neo plasma filter and energy efficieny. I setteled for the LSA19 and LSA13, the rest off the numbers are the grill color and other things, the 19 is 1.6 tons because its not exactly a 1.5 ton. Takes 1575 watts while a normal 1.5 ton takes 2200-2000 watts but the AC is not rated. The LSA13 is rated at 5 stars so they want the same price for the 1 ton and the 1.6 ton even if the ERG rating is the same, The LSA19Z actually has a higher rating than the LSA13Z means it is more effiecient. This is what I talk about the sales people. They wanted to charge me more than the list price because the 1 ton had 5 star rating sticker and the 1.6 ton did not. I showed them the numbers and the morons seem to think I was an idiot and they kept talking no matter what. Anyway I am going too far ahead.. I kept telling them I did not care about all the eye, climate control and multi speeds and stuff because each of them adds an extra 2K to the price tag in each segment. I was getting the top end of the model anyway.

So I ordered the 1.6 ton LSA 19Z S which is Silver, the others are Blue and Gold. They would not sell it to me without a stabilizer so I had to get that as well and it cost 32K. It came the next day and I went in to the shop. They opened the box and the the acrylic panel was cracked. Well they throw these stuff around so I dont see how they wont break. It seems to be the indian norm to throw something instead of carrying it up or down. So they ordered another one and said they would replace the panel later on.

The next day the installation guys came. I told them specifically how to install it. I wanted the indoor unit above my work desk so the air would flow in front of me. But no matter what, they would not do it. They wanted to install it over the window because they said the piping is shorter. I was like but you have 10 feet of piping and 2 extra feet is not far. After 15 minutes of arguing I left. They started straighting the piping without measuring anything and started their installation. After a few minutes I heard a loud bang and later found out they cracked the plaster in the window sill because it was on a beam. I was already livid but didnt say anything. If I said anything I would throw these idiots out. Now with a AC mount you can put this anywhere outside, thast why I got the mount to begin with. But they placed it right next to the window. Okay fine. Then they dragged the outdoor unit up on a steel ladder. I mean they dragged it not carry it or sliding it on a wood piece., pulling and pushing it on the ladder. I just looked on in amazement. I wanted to ask them if they had just spent 30K on something would they like it if someone dragged their stuff on a hard steel surface. Anyway they hooked it all up and there was like 5 feet of extra piping. I ran to my wife and told her that they wanted to cut that up. So she went and talked to them and stayed there so they would not cut it and they left it in a wide arc instead of the neat coiled roll that pros do. Then they wanted a pipe for the water drain. Now these guys never tell you anything they need for installation but only after they do half the job. The manual specifically says how to wrap the copper coils and water drain etc but none of that was told or done. Then they went to buy the water drain pipe. Then the indoor unit would not start.. Because the unit was dropped and the fan had become dislodged. They got it working again after an hour or prodding and pushing it and when leaving wanted rs250 for the 5 feet of plastic water pipe on top of the rs250 tip we gave, . I just wanted to get rid of them so I gave it and slammed the door,

The AC itself is not bad. But you cant tell if the neo plasma works or not. So the led is lit for it. But so is the outdoor unit led and they can both be disconnected but the led can be saying they are on.

Since the indoor unit is so far away I get no air from it. The room has to cool a lot to feel comfortable. None of this is a problem in a country with cheap electricity or no power problems. The front acrylic panel since its a separate piece gets dirty in between and you cant clean it, its stuck to the cover plastic but moisture and dirt can get inside. so once it gets dirty it looks ugly. But over all, it cools and is a power saver so I cant complain about that. The unit works... No problems for an year now. But since it either has to be set on high to feel comfortable as the air is going to only the corner part of the room which also means much higher elec bills.

If you didnt get it by now. The installers wanted to take the rest of the copper pipe so they made it out so they could have the shortest distance between the units. Another problem is, the elec socket is under the window so if there is a water leak, it drips right onto the stabilizer and the socket. If you set the unit too high, there is so much water flowing that it leaks no matter how you set it up. Even a few drops is enough..

Words fail me to describe these people.

And you would think I would have learnt.. But a few days of lack of sleep and mosquitoes and heat and all the garbage burning around here would do really wonderful things to your thinking. Read about that in the second review on the LSA13Z I got a few weeks later. I just wanted to sleep. Any way I possibly could.

5 Star Split
May 22, 2009 05:47 PM 27611 Views

I did quite a bit of research before zeroing in on this particular LG model. The reason why I went for this particular model over a Window A/C was for that this has 5 stars with an EER of 3.17 and there are NO 5 star window a/c out there in the market.

I tried Hitachi and OGeneral window as well. These are definitely premium but the respective sales chaps told me these would be 3 star and best in their category. This model was definitely within the same range as a Hitachi window(2K more actually). I bargained a bit and got this model for 23150(with a Bluebird stabilizer). The MRP for this model is 24990. So there is scope for bargaining!

However, there are additional costs on actuals(1500 for installation - I bargained and got it done for 1300, plus fittings - 700 for a wall stand, Copper pipes, water pipe etc . cost me a total 3300 extra in all). You would need to add cost of an awning depending on where you fix it - keep it away from direct sunlight and well ventilated. It cost me 1350 approx. Additional for cutting your glass pane through which the pipes go into the external unit! So the net cost worked out to 28000(approx). This is the actual ball park figure you are looking at to own this model(2K more if you are not able to bargain hard)!

About the A/C itself - I've been running it for the past two weeks now. I've given a 4 star for Service and support because I was promised a demo after fitting. The chaps are yet to turn up. Installation went pretty smoothly and on time - they kept their word on the day and date ditto for the delivery!

Cooling is quite good so far - at 43 degrees outside, I got the room cooled down to 25 degrees in half an hour having set the temperature to 18 degrees. No discernible sounds. I can hear the crickets at night outside with the AC on full blast. A five star there. Quality and durability - I have not found anything to complain about so far . of course it is only two weeks old. All in all a good buy considering the unit only consumes 1120 W(which I think is THE lowest in this category for all split ACs - at least I haven't found a better one so far). So go for it, but budget 28K - 30K TCO for this machine if you're considering it

Its good

I have purchased LG 1.5 tonne windowx A/C costing around Rs.19, 000 with free installation last year and LG company give some surprise gift with this. My experience with this is good. I have no problems with this. Present life air condition is very useful because our environment keep very hot india's summer not tolerate so air condition is very important for every home. I wish air conditions value get so cheap so everyone use this and get their coolness so everyone fight with summer.

Its cooling system is good cool everywhere in room but I have one problem if we shut off the fan so its cooling is not useful its work with fan not without fan. We all family member sleep in one room with this air condition in whole summer. Because its range is very high and middle class family cannot afford air conditioner for every room.

Lg company customer service is also good because 1 or 2 times we have some problem with this so we called customer service then in one or two days their mechanics come and solve our problem.

The Good Window AC and Good Customer Care Service

Hi, I have purchased LG 1.5 tonne window A/C costing around Rs.19, 000 with free installation last year. It more than one year we used it and I find the cooling was so good when compared to other brand. The new A/C for my new house giving the new feelings and 100% satisfaction of money and performance. I like the system after sales service from LG. The Quick response and very good follow up about any complaint any time. I never seen product service after sales like LG.

The Service center are very keen and caring about customers feelings and do act within 24 hours get resolved the problem. I had called up for servicing and had seen that good attitude. Sleek and small remote is very handy and overall look and feel of the A/C is so nice. The delaying process to start the compressor of the A/C is really protecting the A/C from higher voltage impact if stabilizer is not working properly. The consumption of power is low and auto cut is smart way to run the A/C without any tension.

Good A/C to buy
Mar 12, 2007 01:55 PM 27461 Views

Hi folks, I was searching for the best a/c which could provide worth to my money and went for several research on the market products. Finally it ended up in LG 1.5 tonne A/C costing around Rs.22, 000 with Rs.1000 extra for installation. It was more than one year we used it.

But I find the cooling was somewhat less when compared to hitachi. Even though it was at 18C, I couldnt find the chill reaching that degree.   Now I bought Onida, it gets cooled immediately and temperature was around 18 degrees. with the same cost.

But I find no problems with this LG A/c till now except a bit warm cooling.

Now I am going to buy a new A/C for my new house looking for a better worth for my money. So as far as to my view is concerned, Onida is of same cost as of LG.

Avoid lg a-c for mumbai weather
Apr 02, 2006 10:50 AM 23763 Views

I have an lg 1.5 ton aircon. Since am an nri I visit mumbai once in 6 months. Everytime am there I need to recharge the gas which cost me over Rs.1600/- as am told the place I live-lokhandwala andheri, has this problem of corrosion of metal tubing resulting in the leakages. Other brands of a-c-am told by the technician is doing much better in indian weather.

My personal experience with lg-samsung products is--avoid them if u can especially for indian conditions. I live in mauritius and have l-g aircon/tv/microwave and have no complaints at all... HOWEVER FOR INDIAN CONDITIONS PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE...

now this other thing thats bugging me...why should my this review be a min. of 150 words.... Isnt it like our indian movie which has to be for 3 hrs...PLEASE remove this min. words things....Makes us indians just talk n talk w/o substance...Agree??

I happened to visit my friend's showroom at cochin. He has done renovation recently and fitted his showroom with a 2 ton LG Split A/c. He wanted to give a good feel for his customers hence the renovation.

The problem is that water is dripping from the unit. He promptly informed the service people who turned up on the third day. They rectified the problem for a day as the same problem continued from the next day. Instead of providing a good feel for his customers he is embarased as water drips on the customers.

The service people again tried to rectify the problem with no sucess. They are neither able to rectify the problem nor able to detect why the problem is arising nor able to rectify the defects. Instead of concentrating on selling more and do good sales during the season time he had to spend a lot of time running behind the service people with no results in the end. He is really fed up as the service people are not able to provide a long-term solution for his problems.
