Hitachi RSD/ESD/CSD-517HBEA 1.5 Ton 5 Star BEE Rating 2018 Inverter AC

I bought hitachi inverter ac in march 2019. Outdoor unit stopped working in jun 2019. They replaced outdoor unit pcb. It stopped working again in April 2020. Due to lockdown no service. They allocated service person in May. But service person hasn't contacted even after a week. Escalated the complaint multiple times. No use. Pathetic service. Hitachi inverter ac s are not as good as their non inverter ones. I am feeling very sorry for buying this one. It seems Outdoor pcb problem is common in these ac. Better go for Daikin or voltas.

Worst experience with Hitachi ac company. I will ellobarte to you. I have purchased Hitachi ac 1.5 ton i konverter split ac 2019 yr model number rsos518hceap from Patiala Garg sales authorised Hitachi dealer. First he give me faulty ac having wires of 2010 yr, when I asked how 2019model has 2010 yr wire , he hide by exchange, after that he overcharged me in bill rs 49000/- With gst , whereas in open market with other dealers available at rs 45000/- without any references. So Garg sales Patiala looted me by rs 4000/-, when I complained to Hitachi customercare on email, they unable to resolve. Totally cheating by Hitachi dealers. How customer can go to 15 different dealer for pricing for same product, ie harrassment by Hitachi for different pricing for same product from different dealer in same state. Hitachi must fixed market price for same product. How senior citizens can find price for same product from different dealers. My recommendation go with lg company , much good customer value , Hitachi doesn't care customer. Every dealer ask his own price. Hitachi has no embossed stamp on ac but only paper sticker is used which dealer can easily tamper.

I purchased this AC that I would be relaxed for all my summers. But it turned like a horrible nightmare. I purchased this AC on 28th March 2018. I tried to open this on 30th of March. But it didn't worked.

I contacted servicecenter and the technician who visited told me that PCB is not working and as my guarantee has been expired so I'll have to pay. Next day when I called him he told me that the charges for PCB WILL BE Rs. 12000. I was shocked to hear this. I checked with other resources they told me the charges for pcb is very high as they have told. Now I am not in a position to understand what to do now. Totally frustrated. Will not recommend this AC to anyone

I am going to share my experience with this air conditioner. I had bought this air conditioner recently . Its working greatly . All functions are very good. It cools in just 2 minutes. Remote functions of this are all very smooth .its design is beutiful . Customer care service is very good . I want to prefer this to you.

This is an amazing product by Hitachi.All the pipe are made of copper.High capacity of cooling.It is of 1500 Watt. If the Ac on for 1 hour only 1: 5 unit is necessary.I am using the product.I am fully satisfied.You can also be control the cooling capacity by remote controller. It has 3 mode 1 - Automatic 2- Cool 3-Dry. You can also controll the cooling capacity of 16c Wich is very comfortalbe and chill weather.You can contact with the service provider easily at any time.They r also very helpfull. So dont waste time. Chose the best Ac from Hitachi and keep happily.
