Hi everyone I am telling my expierence with Hitachi ac. My family bought the ac as the salesman tells us that it is good smart and efficient in many ways.

Then my family decide to buy it. And when they delivered it at my home. They were asking for money of labour that we weren't told off. After that we called the customer service to install the ac in our home they arrived and they charged us a bill of 1200 rs for installation, we told him that we weren't told about that we have to pay this amount but they never listens.

After installation it was good until there comes a problem after using it for 2 months it got stopped working. Then we called the customer care and told them about the problem they say that we will charge again for the service. we agreed and they repaired the ac. We try to complaint hitachi but no one never replies.

We have used the ac for about 8 months and we were facing problems with cooling and sounds that comes from the ac.

It leaks a lot of water while running.

Satisfaction level was zero for us so we decide to sale it to a nearby customer for the value of rs 15000. I will never recommend this hitachi ac to anyone.

I will never ever make the mistake of buying a hitachi product ever in my life again.

I purchased 2AC 3 weeks ago and it is not yet completely installed because the indore unit of one of the AC is faulty and is not yet replaced. And the remote of the other one is faulty.

The hitachi customer response is by far the most irresponsible one I have ever encountered for a product company. Two requests for installation were randomly cancelled by the local service center without even starting the installation. The 3rd request was answared and installation exicutives came.

So let's start to tell about Hitachi- Hitachi is one of the largest company in our India. This AC is good but everyone doesn't like hitachi ac. So it is true that Hitachi is a good company in now days market. Thinking about for taking a AC, that's your choice.

Many of people tell that Hitachi is a bad company. That's totally wrong, I know that AC service is not so good but, it's give a good performance in all weather. So my advice is to buy from electronics market.

This product is not good for personal use. It is not able to do the work of an AC. It never cools the room as required and make a lot of noise while cooling. It is just for a name sake AC. It even cannot cool the small room within the time. It also consume lot of electricity. It  does not have some required features like fan speed and all round swing blades. It lags many many features which an AC should have.

Hitachi also does not have the service support for the user, every time you call to their service support they never ever give the satisfied answer. I really hate this product and I replaced this product by the AC of Lg which is really a nice product.

I will tell you all about hitachi 1.5 ton inverter air conditioner. This product is not good for everyone because it make more sound and the cooling quality is not good. The service of this product companey is not good. And the price of this product is high and it is not good value for money.

Please do not buy hitachi 1.5 ton. As per my experiences. I brought hitachi 1.5 ton a.c and was fully defective since the date of purchase. So much water is coming out inside the room and their engineers were failed to resolved this problem.

I wrote hundred times to hitachi cc but they refused to replace or repair. Hitachi products and service are very bad. Kindly buy any other companey ac.

I am using this AC since 3years its not worthy to buy this brand as its not useful on delhi high tempreture. I will consider other to buy other brand like diakin, o general. Its just give you the less unit for electricity not cooling. Please firat think to buy this brand at this cost.

Service center is good. In installation they total charge 1k rs. For wall support oudoor unit and for 6feet copper tube. Thanks

This Hitachi 1.5 tonne split AC really a wonderful and highly reliable AC unit. It gives a decent performance by its standard features like, Auto Air swing, moisture removal, LED Panel Display, Rotary Compressor etc. Its physical structure is good, Indoor and out door units are stylish and attractive. It can accommodate in less space.

The power consumption is very low and it is rated with 5 stars. It can operate very efficiently by its pretty user friendly remote. 3 speed settings helps to control the cooling level for a long time.

Hitachi Gives a 1 year completer unit warranty also attractive.

I recently bought this A.C.

And the first thing I want to inform you all is that this is Kashikoi 5400i 1.5T cooling only A.C not kashikoi400 as mentioned above.

At present date it is the second most energy efficient 1.5T A.C available in indian market. It has 5.15 star rating given by ISEER.

the a.c is too silent in normal cooling mode and its blower throws surbolous amount of air. Cooling by this a.c is much higher than any compared 1.5t a.c.

there are many features in this ac that are not available in normal ac.

It is bit expensive as its MRP is INR 63290 but I bought it from aishwaryasingh23tm @ INR 55400 also I got a cashback of 10%.

I really found it value for money as it is a massive energy saver. I run it approx 12 hrs a day and when I saw my meter it calculated only 3.5 units more than regular days reading so it dosent cost me much compared to regular 5star or 3star rated airconditioners.

I'm one of the user Hitachi split Ac it contain 2 units one is Indoor & another is Outdoor.

Indoor Ac unit will give cooling & Outdoor Unit is known as condenser.

The model which I use is 5200I is a tropical inverter technology.

The service is very good and features are brillant and the main feature of Ac is iclean technology. It means it clean the filter automatically .

The cooling is awesome while comparing to other Ac's & sound is very silent.

The price is little bit high with compare to other brands.

I fully satisfied with the Ac because it nice and it give the cooling as per temperature. I don't need to change the cooling temperature, it change automatically as per room temperature.

Hitachi split ac 1.5 ton. Hello friend last month me and my husband going to market for buy a new ac for my home because at my house is so much hot in summer days so we buy this ac. Its good when we perchase.we make full pement of this ac with installation fee.

But no body come to install this ac for two days and when I call so come to install.

After installation I fill so bad its cooling is not good and its make so much noise .

Its remote is not work great .and its fully eritating .

Its cunsumed so much electrcity .

Its modern and stylish but I think its not solid.

Its service is to late with vary bad expreince .

Its not value for money.

I had purchased a Hitachi(RAU318lWD) Split AC for 42, 000 RS. it is 1.5 TON. I bought it to home. service provider had fixed the AC. Actually it was my first experience with this AC. I putted the AC for 1 hr, the complaint I had faced was,

PROBLEM

1) it not at all cooling the room( Small 12 x 10 room with fully covered with ceiling & enclosed with air tight doors). I informed to service provider near my location. he checked it and find that saying " in manufacturer company itself it went wrong with unfilled COOLENT GAS in it" and filled infront of me. not at all problem was solved.!

2) NOT A POWER SAVER.its a DRAINER After month, even tough I am not using regularly and continuously my ELECTRICITY BILL exceeded above 3000 RS. WHAT A 5 STAR* it was-Seriously.

3) Very VERY Poor and irresponsible Service Why I am saying is " it leads me to put a complaint against them in "CRO(Consumer Rights Organization)" . and FInally By all such these kind of issues -IS THERE ANY VALUE TO OUR MONEY.? so please don't

Hitachi split Ac is a very good Ac .I patchased this AC last week and I introduced to my expereince with Hitachi  split AC .its one of the best air conditioner.i am very happy to buy this product it gives me pleasent experienses in this summer.Hitachi Ac is the best working Ac's right now with best market value and if you thing to buy Ac parchasef Hitachi Ac.its noise level in indore is 34 DB. It ac 5 steps fan speed, air flow indoor 583CFM and company warranty for one year and ac wait 41.2 this capicity of Hitachi RAU518HVDOB 1.5 Ton split Ac.But I am not satisfied dealer.

Being a user of said product it can be easily concluded by me how this A, C works, best thing about this product is that it is a low maintenance demanding unit, works well with least tantrums and it also gives effecient cooling for an average size room for example a room of 20 x 20 foot room .

its basically a type of product which is not only affordable but easy to operate and comes handy when you enter the room all sweaty and brain heated up .

it takes on an average 10 minutes to get an average sized room chilled and pleasant and if you can add a fan with minimum speed in the same room this product gets on its best performance, if any breakdown occurs at any time this product is easy to get repaired within minutes, in my experience I have never ever seen any breakdown or system failures except a couple of servicing stuff which needs to be done time to time at particular intervals .

it produces least sound or say any noise, it doesn't even vibrate while fuctioning at its hardest . just a reliable product which is worth its price, utility it fulfils is above par .

service provided by hitachi is pretty amazing and does not causes much inconvenience to the customers .

It's one of the best air conditioner I must say.it's product is just easy to use and what not the service from the customer service are just so timely and perfect.actually this product is recommended by my friends at first I feel hesitate to go on but after purchasing and using this product it's beyond my expectation.the air and coolness are just so fresh and soft.love this product and would recommend even to my friend who are about to buy air conditioner.
