If you are trying to get an ac of this company I would recommend you not to buy it.

the service which they provide is not at all good and it get's delayed very much.

in starting days it gives you good cooling but as it get's old with time it starts becoming difficult to get your room cool in good time .

No its quality is not up to the mark as we expect form such a good company product.

it is not at all durable because it will give up after few years of its purchase.

I don't think so that it is worth spending money on such companies product.

Its noisy product in one word.Very bad experience from Hitachi.They sent the technician who was untrained.

Intitally he broke the glasses of the window while fitting. did not fit the product well.

I didn't say much.thought let it be. a pathetic experience from Hitachi and Flipkart has also deteriorated its services these days. I dont think this is good becoz many problems

HELLO FRIENDS! Hitachi I think The name only defines a lot. Really Friends I bought may companies ac but hitachi is the best. It has almost no maintaince. It does not get damage many times. Wheather it is window or split. Also 1.5 ton ac as much cooling. The cooling is very fast almost in half hour the room gets chill. So O strongly recommand you to use this. Also the service is very good the mechanic doesnt change the ascessiors unnessary. The durability of the product is awesome. I am using this product from 10 years and and I have spent very less money on it. So its good in all the field.

Only good thing about this Air condition machine is that this is so stylish and very slim air condition if any one looking for AC with good looks only can buy this and if any one looking for performance filled AC its not at all a machine for any one this air condition machine doesn't give any better work and even the cost of this ac is also very expensive and it takes lots of time to cool the room, this ac makes lots of vibration sound while cooling the ac.

I am using this product .its is very good. its a good product and I will purchase it a very good price. The service was good . Ac was cooling good in a few minutes and this is the best part which I like this ac a lot. There was not a sound problem when it started and they will run with their flow. I will satisfied with their quality and I do not have any kind of issue using this ac. Its a full value for your money and I like it very much.Some AC are available on market which offer the same feature at less price, but I would suggest to go for this if the Quality matters for you. it's a great value for money.

Hello I have been using Hitachi RAU17ISD from past 5 years and my experience is Amazing

Every time when ever is service is required well mannered staff is at there to handle your query, Technicians are having good knowledge and focused to their work . The technicians are always on time. As has not at all troubled me since past 3 years cooling effect is amazing with no sound, The material used is strong and fancy deigns is giving a stylish and classy look.

Hitachi is the giant name in making Air conditioners. I was purchased Hitachi kampa RAU31HTD 1.5 ton split model 4 years ago and no complaint till the date. colling of this ac is awesome as my room size is average . 3 star rating reduced power consumption and the ac unit have low noise. Remote control comes with diffrent modes and features like automatic fan speed according to ac mode , dry mode etc .it have an anti bacterial filter inbuilt. Good responce by Hitachi service center for any query .

I like this air conditionar. Many people come at my home and they like this air conditionar . hitachi ace cutout is femous brand. Because I use brand so I buy this product near about 1 month

This air conditionar provide peace and cold air . this hitachi look good also. People like that much and htachi ace cutout give without irratable sound. This air conditionar provide air without frictional sound.

And most imporant service centre many time call to my home they ask about air conditinar

We purchased a HITACHI 1.5 ton 3 star split AC from the retail shop in akrudi pune .

At the time of purchase shop team showed me a nice working product, after I purchased when they were tried to installing into my bedroom the scene started .

1) The person who installed AC told me that they send a person tomorroe who will fill the gas in that AC and then no one turned up for the next few days

2) The remote didn't working properly even after we have using new batteries.

2) Drain pipe leaking

3) After continuous calls to hitachi they responded after 4 days finally one person came to me and tried for almost 3 hours to fill gas but of no use.

4) Finally he said its a defective product please return back to the shop, once you get new one then call me again.

Now just imagine my feelings at that time hitachi services are not at all good

I am using this product from 1 year in some buying days it was working days the product is awesome but after few days it became less powerful.

Service and support of company is really too late but service is good.

Cooling is really good from Purchase but cooling is down after 1years.

Quality is always good of HITACHI company.

Duarble product from HITACHI company . Iam really immpress with this product.

Its a value for money product. I recommend to my viewers to this product.

I will say about the product is decent and I would say that the built quality is good.And the service is very poor and support is good.we bought 2 AC together but the service person done the service of 1 AC and said when the service come I automatically come.but the fact is that the AC are bought together and use together.But the main thing is cooling the cooling is best but the sound is little bit high but that"s ok.The quality is good and durability is best.And the most thing we all indian wants the value of money.The value money is 3.5/5.

According to my experience this ac is average in its class

because cooling is good and it does not make bad sounds like others

but the thing that most annoys me is its service cost

service cost of hitachi is very high and all they do is clean the filter and check the gas levels

quality is uncompromised in case of hitachi and I have been using it since 1.5 yr and its pretty much durable

when it comes to value for money I think its pretty much well priced at 46000 because u are getting a 1.5 ton good looking split A/c

So Kudos to hitachi for this A/c and just one more thing Your remote sometimes Gives A Pain In A* As it Stop working sometimes(mostly in humid conditions)

The cooling of this ac is really good. Long durable quality of condenser. Without any sound when working. And make the cool very fast. I bought this air conditioner from Hitachi brand and I faced a few problems. It was not as expected and as promised by the brand. After a while it started to produce a lot of sound which was very uncomfortable during sleeping.

The cooling effect also reduced after a year and so.

The main issue was its power consumption. Electricity bill amount increased a lot, I guess the most among all the ACs I have used and know yet. This product does not have the value for money.

I have recently purchased this Hitachi AC . but cooling are not so good.Hitachi split ac not gone work good. Its money waste product. I am not satisfied with this product. I do many complates to company but no one do any thing about my problem. Then I make my heart to remove this one and buy one good ac. This is not a good product. Its functions are very bad.
