I had purchased the ac lasted year, with the 1 year ac warranty and 12 years compressor warranty but it wasn’t an year when I started facing issues and when I contacted customer service first they gave excuse of lockdown and didn’t came for more then a month and then they came in June end and then also they did not fixed the issue and when again I asked them delaying for more then 2 weeks they came to my house and open all stuff saying v ll come next day and fix coz we haven’t some equipment and since then it’s been 3 days no one came and still everything is in messed at my place mother they are receiving the call. I would request to plz think twice before u purchase any haier product

This LEA series haier ac, I bought a year ago. But after two month its condition started to worse. Its cooling decreased and started to sound a lot of.

It was a trustworthy company so I bought it and its price was less than comparing to other reliable company. But it turned out to be very useless, its cooling is very ineffective. Customer service of haier is also not satisfactory. If you considering it cheap and planning to buy it, it is totally waste of money. Don't buy this.

I have constantly heard that Haier is a decent organization, however my involvement with Haier is not all that great. I detected lots concerning Haier company, but when experiencing with Haier Split AC zero.8 Ton at my very own I do not assume it sensible the least bit. I purchased this AC concerning four month agone and since then I endlessly facing many problems.

There comes terribly annoying noises from this AC, Moreover, the performance of this AC isn't up to the mark and that I do not assume its value my paying. the more serious factor concerning Haier Split AC zero.8 Ton is its cooling. it's not adequate to cool down the complete area. i'm terribly frustrated with this terribly product.

I heard a lot about Haier componey, however after experiencing  with Haier Split AC 0.8 Ton at my own I don't think it good at all. I purchased this AC about 4 month ago and since then I continuously facing several issues. There comes very annoying noises from this AC, Moreover, the performance of this AC is not up to the mark and I don't think its worth my paying.

The worse thing about Haier Split AC 0.8 Ton is its cooling. It is not good enough to cool the entire room. I am very disappointed with this very product.

I am very sorry to state that the chennai service agent of Haier(by name Hi-Cool airconditioners) professionalism to handle customer service is very bad. I have a Haier AC bought 6 months back and we booked a free service call yesterday the 2nd March 2016. Today, a technician by name Aadhi( mob no: 81220 68495) called me and said he  is coming for service. After 10 minutes he again called me and asked whether I live in Valmikinagar which is 5 KMs away from my place. I told him that I live in Neelankarai, for that he said I have given my address as Valmikinagar.

I informed him why a customer will give a wrong address to receive service and he may be having wrong records. He went on arguing about the address for 15 minutes with me. I told him whether he is interested in servicing the AC or arguing about my address which is irrelevant. He still kept or arguing and I asked his name. He did not give his name.

I got his name by calling Hi-Cool office landline number and the receptionist also initially was reluctant to give his name and branch managers name. I am appalled how badly all people at Haier chennai service agent Hi-Cool airconditioners treat their customers. I do not know the status of my service request now. I was promised that service calls will be closed within 24 hrs and this call is already more than 24 hrs old.

Customers at Chennai - Do not buy Haier products. The service agent Hi-Cool airconditioners will make your life miserable. Haier company is good, but you have to finally depend on their service agent post purchase. Beware of the name "Hi-Cool airconditioners"

This is the worst AC I got ever.electrolux is the worst company accordung to my experiance. In future I will never bought this AC if they give me free. Such a very bad quality and condition, this require all time of servicing .

After purchasing this it require servicing it every 2 months. VERY BAD and small small incidents happen with me. I will not refer this company to any other peoples. Because of their poor service and their bad products like my AC. Peoples please do not buy any darken product if you will buy you defiantly cry. Its not happen with me but its happen all the customers. Customer service is very very worst they will not respond to our concerns I called thrice customer care for installation no one cares about this.they just forgot everything withought any consideration. They charged you too much of cost for installation . So dont buy AC from this company.

I have always heard that Haier is a good company, however my experience with Haier is not so good.

I purchased Haier split 0.8 ton Ac last month and since then I have faced a lot of issues with it.

There is only one advantage of this AC that is it consumes very less power. Cooling is not sufficient for even a small room, hence we need to switch it on for long.

Also, the AC makes some annoying noises once we start it up and these noises remain for a couple of minutes. I would say that the AC has a very poor performance because it has disappointed us in many ways and the most importantly the customer service center is worse.

This is my second Haier product in line after Haier Refrigerator. By having good experience with its previous product we decided to install Haier split .8 ton AC in our kid’s bedroom.

When new, the AC use to provide fast cooling and very low noise but with time we have experience lag in its performance.

Now it usually take 40-45 minutes to completely cool down the room in comparison to 20-25 minute in just 4 month of use. You need to keep it on for longer time then earlier to get complete controlled temperature in room. It’s a 2 star AC and the compressor and display quality is good. The one better thing is it consume less power in comparison to other AC in my house. Overall, an average option at this range.

Let me tell you there is only one good thing I saw was consuming less power but apart from them, nothing is commendable. Cons- The cooling is not enough for a small room and have to switch it on for long hours at times. It trips down at times and have to switch off and again start.

Once we misplaced the remote and talked with Customer centre to get us one but they said it is not covered in Warranty. We were ready to pay but after agreeing also, they did not send any one to see what our issues were. The Ac makes irritating noise once we start it up and remains for initial couple of minutes. I would say the Ac s poor performance has upset us with no response from the customer service centre.

My father purchase last year haier split ac  0.8 ton.

My family fully disappointing this haier split ac because this ac not working properly.

And not provide proper cooling. My family faces many problem in this ac. And the service center facilities is also not good its very slow.

Sub: - Complaint Against Haier‘s service management.

I am purchasing a Haier 0.75 Tan Window A/C from Planet haier AMAN SERVICES,

7-8, Mohan Garden, main Nagafgarh Road, Uttam Nagar, Opp, metro Pillar no.760, New Delhi-110059 on dated 27/06/08. Bill no. 1833, bill book no. 032. My A/c Model no. 09LN03, ADOFHOED400AF81ED145,

I complaint many time in haier service no. 18601803333, Haier service provide by sri ram Services, Laxmi Nagar, delhi, in my Area but all time they argument with me and said you’re A/C is working properly. He is cutoff automatically 28` C. When I complaint many time then he replace the PCB of Front Panel but a/c condition as well as same.

My First complaint no. is 10000114237 on month of April 2009, & Second is 10000135688 on dated 10/06/09, which is not done till today. I am very harsh haier service Provider.

very poor quality of service provied by haier india. I don't recmend any person to purchase a haier A/C. poor quality & poor service.
