Godrej GSC 18FS 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC

First of all Shopkeeper OM Electronic had cheated me infact he was misbehave d with me , Discharge pipe wasn't given with outdoor unit, Godrej staff and Shop keeper fighting with each other which is very unprofessional because of that installation wasn't done on time and very important I want received white cover discharge pipe it was black cover pipe which is against my expectations engineer was cutting ?? pipe and fixing with outdoor unit I am sure in future their will be chance of gass likej and company will not take responsibility for the same.i had order Lloyd AC and same day I had cancelled I thought Godrej is a good brand but was I gone through with working culture ?? I will never ever recommend any one to buy.My biggest mistake I cancelled below company

Last 10 days back I got Godrej Split AC from Sathya Agencies at Arumbakam in Chennai after installation full complaints no poor installation & poor cooling no proper response not answering the calls from bottom to top & giving silly explanations

I never seen this such kind of people in my life they don't understand customer value ????????????

I am completely Dissatisfied & not worth for rating also even 0 has value

Godrej service is too casual, they don't take any serious action against the service request. Every day service technician telling lie, really unhappy with the service which I get from Godrej. I will not recommend anyone

Im perches godrej Ac 3 month before but after 15 day it's not working .. now 2.5 months company new ac delivery 10 day before but service man don't come and not fixing in AC...

I goorej 1.5 ton inverter ac 2 months ago, on installation ac outdoor got heavy sound, and i follow to replace outdoor unit within 1 weak. After 2nd outdoor installed, got very noise and vibration from outdoor unit. 3 times service person came and told its normal. How they told like this. i made a big mistake to bought such a worst product.

I made the greatest mistake of purchasing split ACs from Godrej. I thought Godrej was a respected and a competent company. I was sadly mistaken. The quality of their ACs is worse than what a local AC mechanic can hammer out in his street workshop.

The Godrej Service Centre is unhelpful and has been trained to do frustrate its customers so that they give up calling and complaining. Of course, Godrej is very good at collecting hefty fees for the first visit by it so called mechanics, and then, sending it's second batch of mechanics to findfaults which their first mechanics failed to find and changing much more. I can only advise future customers not to risk buying Godrej products.

SERVICE BY GODREJ IS WORST, THEIR SERVICE AGENCIES ARE CHEATERS. EVEN IF PRODUCT IS IN WTTY OR EXTENDED WTTY, KEEP ASKING FOR PAPERS AND GAS FILLING - CHARGES EVEN THOGUH ITS COVERED. THERE IS NO WAY TO RAISE THE VOICE.

I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY GODREJ PRODUCT IN MY LIFE AND MY CLOSED FRIENDS, FAMILY.

Received Godrej ac 1.5 ton 3 star on 21st May and till today installation is not done reached customer care multiple times and escalated but till today no action taken. This is worst service which I seen other brands are quickly responding and solving the issue.

Technical services is too bad, they even don't know how to talk with customers, they are asking too much price to fix it almost 4k and we complained to supervisor then they came to home and took not company payment even service is too bad.. We complainted so they didn't fixed plug also, such a waste service. Don't buy godrej ac . That is best suggestion.

I purchased AC 1ton on 6 months before.Stil it is in warenty .This branded appliance is worst than other worst appliance.I can't tolerate your product uses and service. Extremely worst services are providing. I don't know how can I explain my concerns to everyone.Totally worst product and worst services.Even service center also not giving problem resolving time to customer.As my point of view , less then one means zero or minus. Purchased 1.5 GODREJ AC inverter with copper coil within 1 year indoor unit coil having gas linkage which cannot be fixed have to replace whole coil, contacted service department and had very bad experience they are asking for 10000 charge even AC is in still warranty period please don't buy GODREEJ product. Instead go for china product at least they are cheaper with good quality then GODREJ.

Don't buy GODREJ product spend 2-5 thousands more and go with well know brands like LLOYD, DAIKIN.

I want to give 0 rating but there is no option to do so giving 1.

Very poor service .when call to service center regarding complent . There is no response always say we solve your problem but nothing all are false.I not suggest to purchase Godrej AC .I purchased three AC very wrong decision.

There was a current fluctuation in my building. MY OTHER LG AC of 1.5ton 5 YEARS OLD WAS ABLE TO HANDLE IT. This was a month after purchase. The technician said it was because of the current fluctuation.

They have visited 5 times for repairing it. They took 2 visits just to look at the AC.

They always turn off the AC using the switch rather than the remote. That way the flap stays open for all the insects to enter. Very annoying
