Godrej GSC 18FR3 WNT 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC

When I renovated my old home, so I decided to buy a new AC because my old AC was broken by workers during renovation work.

My bedroom is about 1215 in size which is very small in comparison to 1.5-ton ac but this ac couldn't be done the job even after 2 hours. It is worse in cooling capacity. It doesn't save electricity because it technically not maintains electricity. It couldn't cool my room and we can still feel the hit. and it has many technical issues as well. Many modes are available in this AC but I wouldn't use any mode. So I just simply sold it out to someone else.

Its work is worse compared to its price because I paid 45000 for this AC. This price is very high because I can find the best AC at this price.

I bought a Godrej inverter series 1.5 ton split AC 2 months back. In those 2 months time I have faced issues with my AC 3 times. Today I couldn't power/switch ON my AC. Even after checking the proper functioning of my power socket my AC wouldn't ON. I had terrible experience with Godrej AC. I wouldn't recommend any stars to this AC. Don't buy this brand's AC.

I have purchased new Godrej window AC in May 2019 after just only month facing cooling problem. For the same i registered complaint on 9th June 2019 and today is 16th June till now Service visit not done. I am continue following up to customer care, Service manager, email support, tweeter support but they are lying engineer will visit soon but when not confirmed yet.

My suggestion to all don't Godrej products, poor product as well as poor service.

I thought that Godrej is a trustworthy company.My sad experience made me realize that my thinking was incorrect.Two months before, we had a purchased Godrej Split AC 1.5 Ton. Lot of problems resulted with the AC. When we made a complaint to customer care, they have been sending worst technicians who have minimum or no knowledge of AC. Since installation, we are facing the issue for the third time and customer care people are not even bothered about our complaint. A week before, we lodged a complaint followed by no response and this is the height of carelessness we are seeing.I thought Godrej cared customer complaints and now I realize that I should have better opted for consumer court.With this sad experience, I will neither go for any Godrej product nor suggest anybody for the same.

I am really disappointed from your services.

I did call for my AC service before 3 days and they told me to come as soon as possible within 24 hours. that is a fourth day still I am waiting from AC get serviced but no body is coming to get it done kindly e contact me as soon as possible!

I purchased a Godrej split AC. Product is OK but after sale service is very poor. We get wrong commitments everytime from service centre. Technicians are not well qualified. Customer care centres are not cooperating. They just forward the complaint to nearest service centre and later is not responding.

I bought Godrej Ac split ac 10 days ago. The installation was very poor. After they installed the Inverter is not working .First the technicians said its the manufacturing problem, 2nd day another technician said its ur Wiring problem. Now its 11th day still our Ac is not working. I logged complain Godrej office, everyday one or the other technicians comes and checks and they trying to fool us they say, "Kaam chal jaega, " and all means we paid a huge money. Why should we compromised with the defect? I am really unsatisfied with the product.. really irritated with this Godrej.. I suggests never buy Godrej Ac

I bought Godrej 1.5 ton air conditioner inverter model in April month .But I am not satisfied that Cooling. Worst cooling experience with Godrej. Service also not good. Service person also tells not clear information about cooling.Please I will suggest to all don't buy Godrej Air conditioner.

Facing same problem. complain registered on 24th MAY. but no technician visit till now. customor care executive provide new number(service center head) every time but every number busy or not reachable. Godrej services very awkward . I suggest no any one purchase Godrej Products

I bought 4 AC. After few months , one ac is not working. I called customer care on 1 may 2019. They said they will send technician in 24 hours. But I called many times, no one comes. Today is 6 may, I called branch manager also several times but he is also not sending any technician. I called 5 - 6 times per day but they are doing nothing. Very disappointed from Godrej service. It's very bad.

I purchased window AC 1.5 ton of godrej on 01/05/2019. When I got delivery of AC. I c the fan is touching the copmresser pipe it's manufacturing defect. I called shoWroom they replaced the AC same day, second delivery AC have same problem. They again replace 3rd time in same day. Fitter man fix the AC and when we start the AC so much of making noise from inner. I called again showroom they said. Hum kya kre Company ka mal he khrab arha Hai. Never buy godrej AC I suggest all of you.

During last month, I purchased Godrej Split AC of 1.5 ton capacity.After a few days of its usage, AC was not cooling well.I called the customer care and technician came on the succeeding day, but couldn't resolve.He said that next day another technician would come and resolve it.Another technician came who opened the AC parts and he broke a part of AC(Blower).The technician said, "Give me one to two days as I have to take back this broken part".However, solution to the problem didn't result and I called several times to customer care and finally received a reply that AC part(Blower) is not available in the market and it will take 10 to 15 days.The service provided by the company is really poor and I have humbly requested them to refund my full amount.

Recently I bought 1.5 ton inverter ac. I had to run from pillar to post for installation. After 3 days it has been installed. But again I am unlucky. The unit shows F6 error code. Again I escalated my problem to customer care. Still I am waiting to resolve the issue.

From the day one of purchasing the product I lost my patience. I will not recommend any godrej product hereafter.

If you are planning to buy AC, i recommend not go for Godrej. Unprofessional, no proper technical service. Technicians are untrained. No knowledge aboutthe parts. They didn't inform about the gas in AC which has expired.Due to which the compressor could have been damaged.

Worst service. The gas has expired and we had to bear the loss.

Not worth buying it.
