Godrej GSC 18FR3 WNT 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC

We bought these product offline just by believing the brand name GODREJ. It disappointed our view towards the reputation of the brand name. It takes a lots of time to cool a small sized room. Flow of the air is also quite bit slow when compared to the other competitive products. It outer units lost its wind shield in a short span of 1 year only. It costs a lot to refill the gas almost once a year.

Instant cooling is not at all appreciable for these product.

Never buy this godrej air conditioner

Its tubes damage very soon then you have to change your Ac , noone on this company will take you seriously

I have Godrej 1.5 ton split Ac now I am exhausted about the product after purchasing it. Less cooling and after sales service is not up to that mark at the time of selling the product. Problem persist with in the 1.5 year.

Worst service ever, service engineers don't know how to service the air conditioner unit they simply clean the filter and charge Rs. 625

Recently I raised a service call for bad smell from air con indoor unit and after chasing 2-3 times for about a week one guy came and said there is no enough gas so that's the reason smell is coming from air con unit so he asked me to pay Rs 3000 for gas including service. So I said ok, then he filled the gas and cleaned the filter. I asked him to open the indoor unit coil and clean it with disinfectant lotion. He said godrej didnt give him training to open the coil to clean. Then he also said there is no solution for bad smell, this is very common and he advised me to use room spray whenever I get bad smell from ac unit. This is clearly tells that how pathetic service godrej provides to their customers. I even raised a complaint to godrej customer and after 2-3 days I got message from godrej saying that they dont attend my call because they dont have a solution for bad smell from ac unit. This is very very poor customer service that's the reason my advise you to don't buy godrej ac units they are made with cheap materials.

Hello , I am going to review on "Godrej Split AC 1.5 Ton" . Earlier Godrej was a trusted and worthy brand but now a days it regularly reduce its quality of product and customer believe . I am using this AC since 2 years .

Service and support : I had experienced a worst quality of service provided by the company . When we made a complaint to customer care they sent worst technicians who had minimum knowledge .

Cooling and Sound : The cooling is perfect for 4 to 5 months after installation after that I had find nothing good. The sound of the AC is too bad .

Reliability and Satisfaction : I am not totally satisfied with this product . The reliability of the product is zero because , if you stop running for some months , it will take you to maintenance .

Value for money : The initial cost is less but the maintenance cost is too high and it consumes much electricity so the electricity bill is also high . This is not a value for money product .

I am not recommend this product .

I bought 1.5 ton Split AC of Godrej. After 6 months its gas Leaked and i paid Rupees 3000/ for Repair. After that i decided to do AMC for which I paid 6500 Rupees . Now After 1 year again Gas Leaked. The problem is the Same .

I will not Recommend Godrej Products to Any body.

Service quality is also very poor.

I had bought Godrej Split AC 4 yrs ago. Since 4 yrs I didnt faced any problems in thic Air Conditioner. It has instant cooling speed and it is also good in quality. Worth Money !

I have such great experience with this air conditioner it is smooth running without any problem no any maintenance it is sufficient for my 91511 room about its power consumption I also affordable electricity bills, get no negative response than other my friends air conditioner who bought other companies, this air conditioner out door also sound proof and every weather metal of its machine is super strengthfull, electrical fittings and total fillings are commandable .

Few months ago I have buyed a Godrej Split AC. This is a aweson AC. Godrej split AC is a affordable non inverted AC compared to other inverted AC with its 1.5 ton capacity. This sutiable for medium sized rooms ( like 110 to 150 square feet) . This AC is a best AC in low budget. I have buy this AC from Amazon at the price 28, 980 Rs. This AC comes with advanced cooling technology.

This AC makes low noise. It gives full satisfaction with its cooling capacity. With this AC I feel more comfortable.

Best thing about this AC is its 10 years warranty. This 10 years warranty surprised me because 10 years warranty is provided by only few service providers. This shows the great service and support of Godrej.

The main unit of its body is made with copper. Next time I will buy only Godrej AC.

One year back i purchased godrej 1 ton inverter ac in lulu mall kochi, they introduced about this ac is there is an vulnerable warranty for 5 yers comprehensive and also 10 year compressorwarranty, present situation is our ac takes high power consumption , is it inverter AC ???? i cant belive .

called customer service their response again this is totaly different , they arguing that this ac is one year warranty only so its akind of cheating business towards customer so i consider it as a fraudulent goderj inverter ac .so folks plz

ALL PATRIOTS PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT GODREJ IS SELLING A CHINA MADE AC ON LABELLING IT AS GODREJ BRAND.
