Godrej GSC 12 MINV WOM 1 Ton Inverter Split AC

Recently I bought a Godrej AC, after purchasing they did not give me proper services. After sales services of the company is very very bad and the behavior of the staff is very rude and they mislead the customer.

So my suggestion and my humble request to all the people not to purchase any product of GODREJ COMPANY

Worst service in market..no proper reply and just visit charges Rs 650 which is too high....highly not recommended..save yourself by not buying this product

"My new Godrej AC is cooling well, but the service plan isn't the best. You get one year of free service, which sounds good, but it only includes two "dry" services. This means they just do some basic cleaning and checks, no deep cleaning. If you want a "wet" service where they properly wash the inside, you have to pay extra. Also, after the first year, all services are chargeable. Compared to other AC brands that offer more comprehensive plans, this feels a bit stingy."

I am already buy godrej 3 Star split ac, after sales service very bad. After purchase every year 3 time service charges rs 2100. Now pcb board related issue face tech come and open pcb board, and not fit. After 3 hour charges informed Rs 4700, later said rs 8000. After 1 day charges informed rs 15600. I am call tech and said please fix my old pcb board then he said i am already informed office, this is not my responsibility. And call disconnected. Call customer care they are also not help.

Before buy godrej ac think after sales service not good and not purchased AMC also.

God forbid if your Godrej AC is facing some problem and you are living in Gurgaon. The company has tie up to thugs who will extort money from you by falsely claiming it doesn’t come under their service purview and godrej customer support team has zero say in this.

Please save your hard earned money and pick any other brand!

I recently bought this product and not stasfied with this. It was my first Ac purchase so I want that it fulfill my requirement but it's disappointed me. It's cooling is not properly works and takes so much time for cooling. Some water drops are also coming from the corner of this ac. I'm really supposed that in this hottest summer after buying this I can relax and chill in low temperature but it's all goes in vain after buying this. Some crackling sound is also coming from it although it's new but I don't know why. I'm also not stasfied with it's build quality it's seems so poor. Hope this review will help you to make your decision.

Worst Company Godrej to buy an AC, I have Purchased a Godrej Split AC 6 Months ago but after buying the product there is no one who listen to you, Water Leakage from AC compressor more than drainage Pipe, 2 time registered Complaint but there is no proper solution for valuable customer, after sale Service is very poor, Product is worst, asking for refund but they are waiting to finish the warranty. I am going to file a Complaint against godrej in Consumer court

I had taken a Godrej AC in 2023 in April and now I have refilled the gas twice and their after sale service is so bad, they don't get results even after making a call, it takes at least a week for them to work, can you please tell me the results? To do so please do not buy one from Godrej AC

Review after 2 months of usage:I’ve been using this Godrej AC for 2 months, and it's been a nightmare since installation. The service and customer care from Godrej are the worst among all the third-grade brands. Initially, the AC was working just like a fan with no cooling at all. The installation technician kept insisting that online products are faulty and should not be purchased online.After multiple inspections, it turned out the issue was due to faulty installation. The technician reinstalled the AC, and while the cooling did start, it takes forever to cool the room. It’s more like a cooler than an AC. The sound is loud, and the cooling is below average. Despite sealing the room and using curtains, the cooling effect is limited to the area where the air directly hits. Other parts of the room remain unaffected.I'm very disappointed with this product.

I have purchased GODREJ on May 2023 and till today one year we have not used AC properly. In one year I have raised 6 complaints and till today issue not fixed. I have given complaint as AC is not cooling 5 times they filled Gas and went, after big argument they took my AC to there service center and told machine is working good after one week. Later they told issue is with cooper pipe and they asked to pay 2000. I have argued this is not my fault why should I pay 2000 as it should come as warranty. They told pay money if not you purchase outside and give. Later they fixed 6th May 2024 and I dented to pay money as service guy agreed copper pipe is damaged when it was installed. I spoked to SELVIN GODREJ service manager he said you need to pay if you didn’t pay were ever you raise complaint we will not address your issue and threaten me like what ever you want do. After all this fight again same problem AC is not working and cooling is not happening. As GODREJ team is not ready to replace the machine and service center also threatening me for don’t know we’re to go and I wasted my 35000 in purchasing this product. Am very much depressed because of this issue and current climate is also horrible. I need support from consent department to rectify this issue.
