Godrej nxw is waste in cooling

Service of the product : - the service is ok of this product but not in the way we expect.

Cooling : - this air conditioner looks good but take very time to cool even a small room.

Style and designs : - the style and design is average of this product. It looks as same as all thw ac's.

Rating of product : - there is less rating to this product. Even according to me I give less rating.

Specialities and negatives : - this product is not having any specialities and it even utilizes more electricity.

Godrej AC servise are very poor customer care are not repair when AC was no response

They have not give cool air there perfomance are very bad

There sound was also very irritating and noice pollution also

There qualitiy are very bad plastic material so I think they brack I one punch so its very bad

There fans are also phiber so there quality no good

The godrej AC comsume high eletricity so the bil are very high

The value of this AC hi very high there rate low becouse there performance are not good for there price so consumer have less demand for the AC.

Godrej is a big company and today I want to share my personal experience with a Godrej AC. A year ago bought an ac for my home and which was Godrej AC. I was heared from my many friends that godrej ac is best ac company. So I purchased this AC. Today a year passed and again summer is coming so now I use it again. Friends now it starting disturbance. When it is running at a high speed then I smell like some wires is burning. It make bad noice. Now I am not on warranty period so I can't take service advantage. But if you think then you can realise that only in 1 year this ac stop working so why you all people buy this AC. Thats why I am saying not to buy this ac. Thank You.

I had visited many sites and the only thing I saw is different sellers not a company selling anything. Then I found this site while searching in Google! and ordered a Voltas Remote from there although they have many types of products like Bottle racks for refrigeratos also! You must change your tag line from Smart Care to Smart fooling agency!

I have never experienced a worst service in my life than from your smart fooling team.

I registered my request for general AC service on Friday 31st March Call no. D3103255173 from my registered mobile no.

Firstly I was promised by your toll center that the executive would come on Saturday but nobody turned up till 5 PM. Then your toll center gave a number 01126132294 asking to get in touch with Mr. Devender to check the status.

Saturday - I spoke to Devender thrice and he kept saying that the executive will reach in 5-10 mins. And finally at 8 PM he asked me to reschedule for next day 11am. With no choice I had to agree.

Sunday - Again the same story, till 12 noon nobody turned up, I again called Devender, same promises of executive reaching in 5-10 mins. I again & again told him that if you again can't make it today pls tell me in advance rather than wasting my whole Sunday waiting ideally at home. But he kept on promising the same. Again it was 7PM when nobody turned up, I again called Devender and gave him a peace of mind and applauded him for again wasting my whole day.

Monday - Its 1 PM and still I have not got any calls from anybody and anyways now the whole Im in office so cant get it done.

Thanks to your great service team, Me, my wife & 1 & half year daughter will have to sleep under fan till this weekend when Ill clean it myself.!

I was planning to buy your new inverter series from my living room and had even finalized with the next door retail shop but now I have got it cancelled.

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND GODREJ TO ANYONE.

Godrej NXW Inverter Split AC is not good product to buy. The design of this split AC is not good. This split AC contain many drawbacks. The quality of product is not capable to pay such amount. So the cost also higher as per given specification. Atlas the support and service of company is of worse category they need to improve service to customers. It is not good for used.

I don't think that the quality is good as in My AC gas was leaked in just 2 months it was in warranty but still I need to pay for the same I paid them 1200 rupees including 300 visiting charge there was no accessories with AC like cover, or stand their executive don't know how to deal with the customers I am not at all satisfied by the product so please don't waste your money on this AC.

In the beginning the performance of this ac is very good.the ac cooling the room only in almost 30 minutes.but after some time the performance becoming very bad. The ac reduces more sound.its very irritating. And its taking more time for cooling the room.and the service and support is also very bad.so this is not value for money.I suggest you never buy this ac.

we bought godrej ac from godrej showroom.we bought because godrej is famous brand and godrej uses good quality hardware. but which one we buy that's not good quality product.

first day this ac works great with good cooling but after some days ac can't working properly. ac makes too much noise when it's on. and noise of this ac is horrible.

after 1 month ac cooling is decrease when we compare that day to first days.

after this I make a call in coustmer care but they didn't hear me.

so don't buy godrej ac.

I am using this product I am fully satasfi and much more happy becuse product are saving value for money .and product also working very well using before 2 year godrej is the best . and I hope godrej.But these questions arise in several minds: “Why is it that my AC which was cooling well till a few months back is not cooling well now? ”, “I bought a new AC but why is it not cooling well? ” or “This AC used to work really well a few years back but is ineffective now”. There can be several reasons for the same, some of which can be technical faults as well. But here we would try to explain some of the reasons, which may not be fault in the AC

According to me. When I was purchased Godrej AC I was thinking Godrej AC is the best. Because I was trusted in Godrej company products. That's why my opinion was good for Godrej product. But the Godrej AC is the worst AC I was use in my life. Because its poor quality and poor service. After some days ther started problem, in first we feel that AC noise starting day by day. And after der days the AC found stopped provide the cooling. According to some quality is ok of Godrej product and the AC quality is also quiet good and durability is also good like a there quality. I am using this 1.0 ton air conditioner since 2 years its working good till the date no any problem faced till the time , My bed room is around 180 sqft it cools within 10 minuts in heavy summer I am very happy with this product it dosent make any voice, so you will get dreamy sleep by setting it on auto mode , It is having good sensor and processor which it provides perfect tempreture which We require actual

I am some disappoint with their Service they came 6 times for service which was free given for 1st year but they just thrown some water on Outdoor Unit and just washed filters of Indoor Unit and told me that your A/C service done and those guys asked me for some reward money when that service was free , so now I didnt made any AMC with them.
