I will Purchase 1 ton Godrej AC cooling is better then Voltas. Value for money. Good looking services is best almost Godrej ac good performance in other ac. I will use 1 Voltas ac MORE then 1 year. Service is slow. But Godrej AC better then Voltas

Ac is good but the service is the worst you can get. You will call customer care multiple times which is waste of time. No one comes ever and next time sorry for delay and response.

I bought a new ac 1.5 ton from reliance digital which is robbed me for 5 years extended warranty and when the installation was done the flap doesn't even gets closed. Even small companies provide better service than Godrej.

I bought this thinking of an Indian company

I had call many times to the customer service for my godrej ac repair they sent the the service person to receive the service charge only after that they didn't came to fit the parts as per requirement and they cancelled my online call complaint from their side without our knowledge.when asked customer care regarding their attitude they are cutting my call.i just want to ask if u people can't give service then plz return the amount that u have taken by making fool to us..

Don’t ever buy Godrej AC just a wast of money. I bought an inverter AC 1.5 ton. The cooling is very very low and the watwr starts leaking within a month service. Each month even after jet cleaning the water will again come from the AC. My 40k is gone getting annoyed each time. Just gonna throw it out of my windows. Worst customer service everrrrrrrrr. I would never buy any product from this brand. I would have gone off with volt

I bought Godrej Ac 1.5 ton split, within 2 weeks it has come up with leakage issue, they send technitian and resolved. Again after 10 days approx same issue happened, they came and fixed, after few days again the same issue and this it was horrified

I bought three Godrej split AC 1.5 ton , I think they are a good brand but I’m wrong they just ripping customers by making fake commitments and giving wrong information online to contact costumer services . There service guys come to service my Ac and broke dust sheets and not intimate us that broken, know I m searching to buy original not get in market . There service guys says that we not have spare only new product, it’s realy frustrating, my opinion to everyone don’t buy Godrej products they are just pice of scrap . I’m giving 1 star because there is not any option in less then one.

Never buy godrej product. They are supplying sub standard product and you never get their service. Three years back I bought one 1.5 tonne AC one week after the installation it didn't work. I booked a complaint and filled the gas again the problem occurred because of the covid they never came and the guarantee was expired whenever I call them they just come and inspect but never repair. Even I am not closed the complaint they never enquire about it. Now it is there as a show piece. Now I purchased another LG A/C and using it in another room. Now I want to remove it from there. When last technician came without doing anything he asked me the code to close the complaint. As an old company I bought it. But the new generation companies provides better and reliable service. My advice in not purchase any godrej products.

I am using godrej ac since last 4 years. The first season i bought it, it was outstanding in its performance. Cooling, electricity bill, noise, appearance in room everything was fabulous.

But on the starting of next summers i got it serviced from godrej technician. Actually godrej hires the local existing mechanics for their services. Godrej even not trains them to perform in talented technician. They are totally local mistri.

After their service my ac started bleeding water inside the room. When I reported for that I was suggested to wait for few days it would stop bleeding automatically.

But it was not so.

From that season i am continuously using my ac and for water dripping inside the room i had to manage a bucket of 10 litre.

Again next season i asked for ac service to godrej customer care alongwith complaint of dropping water. Again same problem. But now i became used to manage that dropping water

I am spending my money for service and water issue. But all it is waste.

Now this year again they tried for the same and i paid for the same. But the problem is still there. They made ac tilted to ane direction out of the fitting. But still the problem is same.

On March 3, 2022 I bought a Godrej 1 ton A / C and it was not cooling from the first day itself.I made a complaint to the dealer of Popular home appliances. After several follow-ups, the technician visited the site and he said that he is not able to do anything as well as he suggested shifting the complained A / C to another room and install a new A / C in the existing room, I was shocked to hear this from reputable companies such as Godrej!

Really Godrej is value for money and nice product cooling effects it's very nice and looking new model in AC. In this digital inverter is looking smart split Ac So dont miss it.

I have buy a brand new 1.5ton 5star AC in April 2021 but from that day onward I have facing very less cooling problem and also I have made complain several times but no such service still get from the company and 2 times also gas fillup done by the Godrej technician and lastly I am totally disappointed on the product right now. Service is worst class, 10 times technician visited within 3 months time from purchase, So I suggest please don't buy Godrej AC.

Don't never ever purchase Godrej 1.5 Ton AC with which I have worst experience. Service people will just come and a simple brush cleaning and take the OTP to close the Service Request. In just span of 2 years it is gone no cooling is happening. Worst company for AC.

I never opted this brand, but my friend send it as a gift through Amazon. Using for the past three years. Satisfactory performance, but of late remote control is malfunctioning occassionaly. Not sure weather a new remote will solve the issue. Those who do not use AC through out, it should be OK.

I had purchased the same to promote Made in India against my familys advice . .but am regretting it every time I turn on the Ac. They come with a Aluminium condenser which gets leakage in 1-2 yrs and needs to be replaced at your own cost .. u tend to get the Gas refilled multiple times . By the time u realise there is a problem with condenser u end up paying more than half the cost of a new Ac . Worst AC ever. Do not buy it.

I purchased this AC few years back it was working well I used to call service people's 4times a year and after that I paid money for the services, everything is good with the AC only thing I don't like about it is remote controllers these companies give us within sometime it stops working or have some other problem so we have to buy remote control almost every 2 years??that's not good if the company can make such a wonderful AC so why can't they make a good remote control ?

I purchased the 5 stars split Godrej EON AC 3 years back. the shopkeeper took a high price from me because of my ignorance of the market. however, the cooling capacity of the unit is too poor when compared to any other company's AC of the same range. I do not know whether it is due to this particular unit or maybe the shopkeeper sold an old defective unit to me. who knows?
