I wish you inform you with great sadness and hatred that I purchased a Dakin Split AC 1.5 ton from vijay sales at Rohini Delhi on 21-06-2021. and ever since I bought your company's split AC, there has not been a single year when this junk AC of your company works properly. it has to be repaired every year. I want to tell you about your inferior and useless junk AC through points which are as follows.
Sir, it is a matter of great shame for your reputed company which manufactures such inferior ACs and archives its sales targets by deceiving the customers and telling lies. in the last 3 years, the PCV card of my split AC has broken/ damaged(Not working) 3 times, and every time after installing a new one, the same problem occurs. to put it plainly, your company's inverter AC is not successful at all.
when I give this information to the customer care of your company, instead of taking action on this matter, they start advising me. your customer service is also absolute crap.
I had heard about the performance of your company AC and hence bought your Dakin split AC but ever since I bought it I have been very upset. due to the inferior products of your Dakin company, I have suffered a loss of Rs. 30000/- in the last 3 years.
When I repeatedly tried to know the reason for the PCV card failure from your customer care, they refused to tell me anything. Does customer care have the same behavior or attitude that they cannot even know the reason behind the fault?
Sir, in your Dakin split AC, along with the PCV card not working, there is also a problem with the compressor. the problem that the compressor gets too hot has now become common.
this proves how much customers like me are valued in your company. and how it is improving its economy by selling useless products. you should be ashamed of yourself for behaving like this . now I want to make it clear to you that whatever loss I have incurred in the last 3 years(Rs. 30000/-) your company will have to pay the amounts. if you ignore my problem and application, then I will not hold back in filing a case against you.

Product Warranty is a #Scam by #Daikinindia Below are the highlights.
The customer Care number takes so long to connect and sometimes after 30-40 minutes immediately disconnects without connecting to the support agent.
Despite of multiple followups on email customerservice@daikinindia.com, no response is received.
Every time, I call false assurance is provided, that we have escalated the case, but no one calls back from their team.
Head Service Centre number 01615077028 provided on the call is no longer in Service.
The First Service request 42266260 is closed after the technician visits but no fix is provided and the technician did nothing.
AC is Installed by authorized personnel and now they are asking for the installation slip to fix the issue. AC is under a one-year warranty period I showed the bill as well.
Second time, I raised service request 42357142, it jumped from one service center to another service center. It puts a question on their working procedures.
Overall they have poor support after sales. If you are ok to buy without warranty then go for it otherwise it will cause Full Harassment to you & Say No to this Daikin.
After 2 years, of purchase, lot of issues with coil, pcb, service is WORST in the world.
no one is responsible.after sales. SERVICE TEAM IS bad, they don't know, the issues, keep asking for charges with out solving the problem

Customer like the quality and engry efficiency of the air conditioner For example they mention it is one of the best top notch technology some are satisfied with temperature that said opinion are mixed on perfomance noise, installation, and value.
I bought daikin Ac, AC working fine and quickly cool larger rooms however engineer could have cleverly designed the temperature display. Display is turned off every time Ac started display button on remote primarily activate sleeper time.To show temperature display button need be press every time.The Ac quite odd functionality because now days all Ac show temperature by default
Its perfect fpr energy eficiency, and performance also reliable, cooling is so mu h effective feel fresh, you can set in advance mode as well it's value for money it's realy solid amd right choice
I bought a daikin window AC on 19 April 2023. Company entered 22Nov 2022. I have original invoice, even then they didn't respond to my service request. A fraud organizations. Never buy daikin.
I have purchased 3 ACs for my family from 2020, where I have faced such a embarassing situation with the performance of the AC where my unit got failed due to PCB board problem when I have approached the dealer Rathna store they said from 2021 onwards only PCB is in warranty then I have wrote a mail to Daikin customer care finally I paid 9000+ the authorised agency and got repaired once again I have faced issue in the same unit where the authorised agency has visited and said for repair will cost 3500, due to this i have escalated to the Daikin Chennai Er who has extended one year AmC for the cost, then I have paid the amount of 3500 during Dec 2022 till dec 2023 no issues in performance post completion of Amc period once again the same board problem has come, in the meanwhile my second unit also got PCB problem where I have escalated to customer care and got replaced by paying 1180 in addition to 2500 gas replacement, now I have decided to scrap the unit which was purchased during 2020, out of my experience the worst AC where I have faced more problems is Daikin
Two years ago I first bought 2 ac and then again 1, one year ago. The first one started having problem and the service team refused to honor the warranty because of various reasons. Even after I told them I would pay them they were not even able to figure out the problem to begin with. I spend around 18k in that ac but of no use.
The rest two acs i have are also giving problems. From the day I bought them I noticed two problems 1> the "swing" does not follow command in any of them at once. It is just game of luck till your command stops the swing. 2> Unlike other ac it takes time to to turn on the ac.
But I was ready to live with these things but now all of them is having cooling problems and very poor service.
NEVER EVER BUY THEM. BUY HITACHI AC really good.
I have purchased 3 ACs of Diakin 4 years back. All ACs have recurring problems. The 1.5 tonne ones has always maintenance problems and the cost is huge. I have used Samsung and Bluestar Acs earlier. Their performance is way better and I had hardly spent in last 20 years For maintenance

Worst product. Coustomer care never help after purchase. After using 12 months everyone face so many problems.
I've never seen this level of incompetence, the AC got delivered 3 days back and i'm still waiting for it to be installed. YOu call anyone, once in 10 times they will respond, and even when they do, it's all lies. For 3 days i've had to take back-to-back leaves from office, because they make false promised that "today" it will be done for sure, but obviously that "today" never comes. Finally, when I received the number of technician for 9-10 am slot, he says he'll come at 2pm, so I guess that's another day of leave from office, just to get a bloody AC installed.

I brought a new Daikin 1.5 split ac. Getting installation is a big problem.no Daikin employees come. They send some jokers who will charge you five times the spare cost. Not worthy installation experience. worried about future services.
Worest insulation water leakage problem and not responding any customer care.... Waste the money insulation very very bad
Worst customer service . Everyone is rude . Asks the same useless questions like which language u want to speak in and if ac is in warranty and don’t address any real problem . They don’t register complaints keep saying technician will come and don’t give Any timeline . Don’t issue receipts for payments made either.
Daikin split AC is best Air conditioner, we have been using since 2018 and working absolutely awesome.
I purchased this AC on 16-5-2022 from Vijay sales Ghatkopar, after 1 year the gas was leaked after that we took the AMC for regular service but again the gas was leaking and the coil was damaged , before under 2 years the AC was completely damaged and company told us first time Gas was leaked they took rs 9000 and now they told us price of coil change of rs 6000 I purchased this AC rs 55000 now every years AC gives problem and the mechanic told me to 'BECH DO BANGAR MAI' he doesn't know AC purchase on 16th May 22 I'm in deep regret why I bought Daikin AC

R22 with a molecular formula of CHCLF2 is the most widely used refrigerant for the Air-conditioners. If your AC unit uses R-22 refrigerant, the ideal pressure for a 1.5-ton unit should be between 65 and 70 PSI.
