Guaranteed to go bust, Daikin ACs in my home worked for all of a year tops. The PCB has stopped working and not a single soul will service or replace the part. All in all if you're looking for a natural sauna feel and need quick weightloss you can opt for this brand. Good for showing you have an AC in your home but can't switch on. Overall saving money on electricity because the AC will never work again. Thank you Daikin!

Frequent problem of leakage due to poor quality of coils . We have old models more than 5-6 years old have no issues in them , whereas in new models purchased in 2018-19 frequent problem of leakages ( both in inverter and non inverter models) .
Bigger Mistake of My life that i took Daikin Ac in May 2022, and now facing problems as water leaking and snow freezing, worst experience. Want to return back if daikin have some care of their customers...no one is proper responding, purchased it in Rishikesh Uttrakhand my number 8273890823

Most painful experience of my life within 2 yrs the PCB broke down and cost 7500 rs and company doesn't give even a gaurantee of 24 hrs
Bought this unit based off the false reviews to only find that Daikin split units are problematicalycombined with bad manufacturers customer service. This unit shuts down after 10 minutes of use with a trouble code of E5. Don’t buy the overpriced unit, go with the cheaper units, that way you won’t be so surprised when you get the same headaches.
Horrible customer experience, never buy Daikin AC. Unprofessional behavior of kolkata service managers. My shop AC was out of order for last one and half months but still Daikin kolkata team has no clues how to fix it. I have been following up with suvo das and he has not given me any assurance of fixing the AC and he has blocked my number. Age of the AC is just 1 year. They have taken INR 3000 as service charges without fix the fault. Blowing hot air after the service. Such pathetic and unprofessional behavior. I want to get rid of this machine asap.
If you want to take revenge on anyone give them Daikin AC as a gift. They will spend rest of their life dealing with unoperational product and no customer service. No one from corporate office talks, customer service doesn't pick, if they pick they have no knowledge. The number you call sends a text that suggests to go to website. For your sanity don't ever buy this product.

This complaint is pending from 17-07-22 and no solution from Daikin. Engineer came and told me that pcb is faulty and not coverd in warranty ac purchase July 2020. But ac sometime stop and again run in 4-5 hours. They told me that pcb is in stock and install on 19-07-22 but on 19-07-22 they told me pcb is not in stock take 2 more days. In this summer, no one leave without ac. Worst AC and worst service. Engineers also 420.
I purchased ac on 06/07/2021 and for month or 2 it was working fine but after that I was cooling less and winter came so didn't complaint. Now in this season I complained about this issue and they refilled gas and it started cooling again. Now 4-5 days ago it is not cooling again and I complained again, they checked and said compressor is not working so it will be changed free of cost as it has 5 years warranty but have to pay for gas. This is total harassment as gas is also part of compressor and after refill it was 3 months warranty for gas and these 3 months are not complete. I don't recommend this ac. Waste of money and time instead go Lloyd which is cheap and perform much better.
There was so Worst Service given by Daikin and he was so greedy wants more of something than is necessary or fair.
I am having Voltas 1.5 and Samsung 1.5 ton AC already without any complaint. As everyone said Daikin is very good, Just one month before I bought Daikin 1.5 ton AC from reliance digital and initial itself it used to take 30 to 40 minutes to make the room complete cool. Now completely gone within 1 month. Don't believe this words and go for that But my existing Voltas and Samsung working fine without any issues even both the AC not taking more than 10 minutes to make the room cool.Dont believe online review and word of mouth. All people comments based on the common public opinion. I would say any AC would be better than this useless Daikin.
We purchased a Inverter AC that started showing issues with in a year. Executive visited and he was clueless about the problem. was an idiot. Still he said that we change the PC and will take 2 days max. Now it has been 1 month, no update. Call customer care, they say connect with dealer who visited for service. Why we should do follow ups. Warranty is from Daikin and they should follow.
Don't ever think to purchase their AC or be ready to burn your money with in an year again
Have bought a Daikin 1.5ton 5 star inverter -paid for it in February but till today the installation has not been complete due some reason or the other.
Even stated the shortage of remotes !!!
Daikons claim of being leaders in air conditioning should not be believed

I bought daikin 1.5 ton ac in 2019 May. Till date I am frequently facing problems with this. Very worst quality and worst service. And their charges for service is too high. Waste of money and time.

Worst of its kind...bought ac on 18th March and today is 2nd jun.it stopped working twice by now. Servicing is pathetic. Only the brand name boasts but product is worst. Service guys irritate and test your patience like anything. Even if your ac does not work properly and you have lot of patience to wait for service guys then this is the best ac. Else don't buy.mu number is 9916553159.any additional doubts cal me.

I bought Daikin split AC in 55k.But after 2days of working, it stopped cooling. It's like we were cheated. Really a fraud company. Daikin useless.
