We bought 2 of them. The worst buy for our home. The product is terrible and the after sales service the worst. Please do not buy their air conditioners. They do not cool even in the beginning of summer. We have complained several times but the company does not care.

I have purchased 2 AC units on my friends suggestion.

After using for on year both are not working.

Daikin Technician says that these units were not installed properly.wost brand please don't opt this company.

The gas was leaked from one unit, and they couldn't trace where the problem is.my phone number is 95918xxxxx

Hi guys be careful before buying this daikin ac as I have used this since 1 year ago and I am getting many problems. As this ac is getting heated if we are using it for a long time and no cooling is there with this daikin ac. I have got many problems and I have contacted the service of the company but they are not giving attention to my problems what I am facing since 1 year. After using a long time some sound is coming from this ac which is horrible to listen so waste of money to buy this brand ac, better than this brand you can buy samsung ac which is a perfect one and the cost of this daikin ac is also very very high so just this brand people are making us fool so better is suggest you strongly to not buy this brand ac at all.

Very poor service , i have purchased ac last March , after purchased, installed delayed and delever 2018model instead of 2019model and now for first free service i have bad experience, and now i have to decide to take paid service from out side, and never purchage daikin product

One of the worst air conditioners to buy. After 2 years the board of the inner unit of one air conditioner had to changed and ended up spending Rs 15, 000/-. Now in the other air conditioner the mother board has to be changed costing Rs 11, 000/- as according to the company personnel the mother board is hanging.

Cooling is average and maintenance cost is very high. Would strongly recommend NOT buying the daikin air conditioner . There are so

Many other options available . My other 3 hitachi air conditioner are more than 5 years old and till date I have not faced any such problem.

Daikin service is most probably the most worst service in AC industry. AC works properly only for 2 years without repair. If u opt for service/ repair mechanic arrives 4 days after booking but calls daily without coming. If any part is required to replace they will charge like hell and the part will be replaced in snail pace. Even in metro parts are not available. Spent around 12k on repair in same month for conder leakage and out door unit issue. Took around 15 days to visit and replace part. Such worst service after warrenty petiod is completed. Requested to repair soon as my months old baby is suffering heat during summer but not bothered.

Recently bought 2Nos. Daikin split AC 1.5T for my new house. Remote works from a distance of only 1 metre. You can't switch it off sleeping in bed... So disgusting ...and this is happening for both ACs since Day 1. Have changed batteries twice. Now only repenting as to what made me ignore my old Carrier AC that has been working excellent since I bought it almost 6-7 years back.

About Customer Service I can only say that it's the worst in industry.

I got this @41k from Off market (Mumbai) yes it is expensive because of premium brand. 1.5ton inverter 3 star copper coil R32 Good looking an indoor outdoor unit and remote, very next day ac installation done by well trained staff.

Really really an amazing product very silently working the indoor as well as outdoor unit you will not feel that AC is ON from somewhere else like "dug dug dug", It is Fast Cooling within a 5 to 12 mins(130sqft), The enough temperature is between 22° to 24° at daytime and night 26°. just think what if you set 18° temperature it make room Chilled.

A Power saver product even after a heavy usage. Satisfied with this.

Daikin just need to add a Temperature display on indoor unit like they giving on Remote.

Overall the Product is Good and safe for outdoor enviTestingronyent.

I had very bad experience with Daikin Customer care and their service center. My inverter AC had failed to start due to a thermostat issue. Service engineer identified the issue 20 days back and still now there is no proper response from the customer care/service center for a fix. Even though their product is good their service center and customer care is pathetic.

They will assign your complaint to a service center who will never pick the call. But they will pick when you get on a call with customer care and ask them to connect. Worst experience. SHOULD NEVER BUY DAIKIN AC UNTIL THEY PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nothing is good until they provide proper service.

It is a worst AC I am having since last two years. Its fault could not be rectified. Temperature goes down and cannot be regulated finally I have to switch it off although authorised service personnel of Daikin is attendant it. Which has got worest service team. Daikin AC is not a silent operator in fact it is too noisily even more than an air cooler. Cooling is too bad. It is not reliable and waste of money. It's better to buy a local non branded AC rather than Dsikin.
