I bought 6 Split AC's of Carrier Superia Model
5 Star rating
2 Ton each in the month of December 2015
I had made a service request on 6th june 2016 at 3.45 PM regarding non cooling issues of AC
I was alloted transaction No. 131138323 and later same day at 7.53PM I got a system message that Mr. Sudarshan Gadge has been appointed for my request having mobile no. 9922673758,
I was promised resolution within 24 hours but that fellow did not call me instead I had to make him calls repeatedly eventually he said he is not coming personally but instead his friend will assist me.
I had called him near about 6 times
but till date no resolution has come .
The worst part is how could you close my request without providing the same, my issue was closed on friday 7.00 PM 10th june
I must say that you guys have the power of creating miracle without coming to clients site you can fix the problem rather close the service request.
I am just warning you guys next time if your sales executive comes for my next project they shall be thrown out immediately .
and also I have repaired my AC with outside vendor, so no need to contact me further,
but seriously how can you close my complaint without even coming to my place, DISGUSTING
shame on you guys .
I was made all fake promise while you had taken my order for AC
best in class products, best customer service, 24 hours service guarantee and list of utter sh*t.
DISGUSTING.
I hope you will try to track this incident .
