Bought this AC 02 years back and it has been running perfectly fine. This season, called up Carrier Cust Care for servicing and it took me 10 days just to get through and finally person came for servicing.
He checked the AC before servicing and once he found it to be working, he proceeded with the servicing. As soon as he left home post servicing, AC stopped working.
I again called up their Cust Care and that same person came, checked and told me that Sir, Motor of this AC has g tone faulty and it is not working on Fan Speed-1 and Fan Speed-2 but working fine on Fan Speed-3. Motor needs to be replaced. When I countered him that it was running before you serviced it then he had no answer.
Then he talked to his back end and tried something in the AC to make that working but it did not work. Then he patched me to his agency's owner and he was a big #$$#@, I had ever talked to. He was not even ready to listen to me. It was nothing but a MONOLOGUE.
As of now, they have screwed me up and I am suffering because of useless and unskilled service engineers from Carrier and as a result, my AC has gone Faulty.
Even though, I found these ACs fine from performance point of view but Carrier's Customer Service Network has justr screwed up my whole happiness.
