Mere pass do ac hai ek voltas ka dusra carrier ka voltas ka ac do saal se chal ra h koi problem ni ayi kbhi or carries ka ac liye ek month bhi ni hua ac ne cooling Krna band kr diya hai ..or customer support to ek dam ghtiya hai koi response ni hai baat krne ki tmij tak ni hai technician sab ganwar bhre pde hai mujhe mere pese wapis dilwa do koi


Don't purchase Carrier AC, it's only for 4 months.

Never purchase the Carrier HVAC AC. We bought one AC whose internal copper tubes leaked in 4 months only. After repeated follow-up one day it got repaired. After 3 months it again started leaking and making cars like noise. One day it got repaired and the very next day its tube leaked once again. Carrier HVAC Customer Care responded that due to surrounding air and corrosion their AC won't last for 4 months. that's it.

PRICE - REASONABLLY GOOD NOT TOO HIGH OR TOO LOW.


SERVICE SUPPORT - ITS WAS EXCELLENT IN MY AREA.FREE CHEck up done 2 times.Prompt services..Hats off.


Cooling system and turbo features.Timer function impressed us..


Power saving - less electricity consumption the reasons may be I m usingmy friends using AC of other brands he is not happy with electric consumption.I happy it's save electric bill.

Good evening colleagues, I purchased carrier split ac autra in May 2019 at Sathya Stores, Vadapalani . I used on and off till June 20th, 2019.I switched on AC on evening it was not getting on hence I gave a complaint, my complaint transaction number is 134182307 but to my goodness I thought Carrier AC is a reputed company nobody called from customer care. Due to my repeated complaint since 20th June to till date, today (25/6/2019) morning I received a call from company person regarding my complaint which was lodged on 20th June, in the meantime I called my one of the known service engineer, he came and rectified the problem. Hence kindly request my colleagues NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT OF CARRIER COMPANY.

Carrier AC review after 6 months of purchase

I purchased 5 Carrier split ACs(EskoPro) and here is balanced review after six months of purchase(keeping out the emotions)


Looks & Price point(Not Bad): in fact they look good. I am not sure if the price point was optimum as there were good brands above and below the price point.


Build Quality(OK leaning towards bad): again it feels good build quality however loud noise and vibration started coming out of one of the AC, 5 days after the installation. second AC started giving E7 error one week back. rest are working fine, may be because they are hardly used.


After sale service(absolute nightmare): below are the data points that prove that the after sale service is non-existent or dysfunctional.


i. Six months after the purchase, one of the 5 ACs started giving E7 error. today is the 7th day without AC after 3 escalations to the customer support(req. 133922938). Forget about the solution, nobody even called back to check the problem. I did 4th escalation yesterday to their email id after the advice of the customer service executive, no response yet.


ii. free service check-up doesn't happen. I gave up after couple of follow ups and got it done from outside for all 5 ACs.


iii. five days after the installation, one of the ACs was making loud noise and vibration. It got fixed after a lot of follow ups.


VERDICT: price of Carrier ACs is higher than TATA and similar brands and equivalent to LG & Samsung. Given the hot weather of NCR, it is more important to have a dependable AC and prompt service if something goes wrong. I used TATA, LG and Samsung ACs for more than 12 years without any issue, before I bought Carrier AC. I can say with confidence that you should not go for Carrier AC or any another brand that has inferior quality and bad service.


Pathetic Service and product by Carrier

Am writing this after having very sad experience from such a reputed brand like Carrier, this is in regards to my newly bought Split inverter AC(purchased 3 month back) which stopped working after hardly 5-6 usages in last summer. have registered the complaint in your helpline and got the prompt response as the person visited very next day and found some fault in circuit and assured will get the same replaced in couple of days. He again visited with the part and tried for some time to manage the AC worked but couldn't succeeded and blamed the part which he bought and again assured to come back in 2 days with new part.


Its been almost 10-12 days no one visited so far nor any one updated with the progress which a customer is never expected from such a repute company. Now I have a big doubt whther I have made my decision correct for buying a AC from Carrier. Secondly the product quality was also substandard which was not acceptable atall from the company of that repute.


Now am not going to accept the repair of the same as it created many doubts in my mind, requesting some one from quality team to explain me on the reason for the breakdown in 5-6 cycle run and convince me on the same.


would expect a quick response from you on the same.

Hi All,


I bought a Durafresh-X 2018 model which has R410 gas. My suggestion is don't buy carrier AC. Don't buy Carrier AC, all the model has an issue. The issue in their R & D logic.


Issue:




  1. Change the mode to Auto mode then set temp




  2. Let run the AC for 30 mins




  3. Now set the off time




  4. Your Outdoor Unit will be shut down, it won't start again automatically.

it was my first and last experience with the carrier I chose the A/C of carrier on the recommendations of others but will surely not recommend any one else, even if in case any one is ready to buy I will still insist and ask him to go for other brand I.e Voltas, O General and the reason for this is the pathetic service when as a customer we buy a product Carrier promise to do 3 free service but in my case it is totally different. I raised my first request for the A/C service on 15th March but no one visited the house till 9th April and it was done on that day when I told Jain electronics(seller) that I will dump this A/C in front of your shop though the service was done but the remarks updated by the technician was "A/C service done by unauthorized person".


Please help me in understanding why I will pay & ask someone from outside to come and do the service when my A/C is in warranty and service can be done free of cost.


At the time when the technician was doing the service I clearly asked him to check the cooling also as it wasn't effective when I purchased and for I had sent a mail also on the same ID's last year so this time wanted to be sure but it hardly matters to him what customer is saying as he didn't listen to me and just did the washing and as expected the cooling wasn't effective at all for which I again raised a complaint on 19th April but as of 4th May 2018 no one has visited the house. I have made numerous call to customer care number(1800 3011 1111) but every time I get the same response that service will be done with in 24 hrs but no nothing has been done till now. I was in touch with Siddhart he followed up twice but post that he also forget and never gave me a call.


Also I managed to get the number of Carrier representative(9991199966) don, t remember her name but she was very rude and clearly said "see our technician is busy and we do not have any appointment in that area currently and will let you know if we have any other appointment or else we will not do the servicing. is this the way you treat a customer.


Please note I have all the document A/C bill and my call summary for the calls made to carrier helpline with the recording if in case any one senior from the team doesn't call me & resolve it, I will be bound to take the legal action against carrier and will be taking the case to consumer court as you are not delivering what you promised to me at the time of buying the A/C.

Hi, I had recently purchased AC from Croma on 22 Apr and still waiting for the AC to be installed after a week.


I had being following with Croma morning and evening and they had been trying hard to get the Carrier service guy.


Unfortunately CARRIER team turned to be so worst that they don t even bother to convey any message.


Seeing above messages on carrier performance on service I am b it worried on the purchase now.


I would suggest not to buy a carrier ac to anyone because of the worst service.Their product is good, but ultimately service matters, so never dare to buy a product from Carrier where you get a crappy service .

This quit good product it it cost is very cheap than other a c and it is very easy to maintain and handle good service from carrier very nice product I had use it in my home and I used it 5 years but it is still working nicely without any distourbence it cool very nicely never gotted swet on my body in summers very convinieant every home should have this ! And I think it is a very old brand and old is gold they provide us awesome product which realiableand never be in tention be always fresh ! ?

I had purchase a SPLIT A.C. on July-2016, after installation of the same, after two month I am regularly facing many problems, so every time I had taken services from authorized service centre through respective process. The product is under warranty for one year. During this period I had taken many services because, on every servicing only few problem were resolved so that product can anyhow RUNS only. They had never given me any documents of any servicing. On july-2017, against my complaint no-131890254(job sheet no-448) when I received call from company customer care I shared that issues was not totally resolved, so the technician has visited again after few days, checked& informed as everything normal, though I was not satisfied but they committed that after few days they will take the INDOOR UNIT to service centre for better cleaning. So first time they had handover me the service document. The customer care has not confirmed my satisfaction this time. On 12th September 2017 at 7.11PM when I faced again drainage problem from indoor unit, I called on mobile no-09651227880 the local authorized service centre(as he has committed last time), he informed that service centre is already closed and technician will visit on early morning on 13th September. I again contact on 13thmorning, when I don’t get proper response so I lodge a complaint to toll free at 10.45 AM as complaint no- 132060699(job sheet no-380). During that period my A.C. was dead, The technician Mr.Jafar visited that afternoon and informed that PCB was dead and need repairing but not told estimate value, He also informed that earlier technician has BYPASS the fuse system of PCB which should not be done.(WHY NOT CHECKED DURING WARRANTY PERIOD& HOW AN AUTHORISED TECHNICIAN AN UNAUTHORISED SYSTEM). So Mr.Jafar has taken REMOTE& PCB for repairing informing to visit next day. On 14th I wrote a mail to customer care mentioning about UNSATISFIED SERVICES since one year. On 15th Mr.Jafar visited with repaired PCB, but as soon he installed the same the fuse has again damage, so he had also done the FUSE BYPASS as of earlier technician but not completed his work due power cut, Though he committed to visit again after one hour but not visited, when I can contact him at evening he suggested to RUN the A.C.& he will visit next day to resolve other issues. On 16th noon he visits, he just informed that TOP-UP of Coolant gas is necessary to resolve one of issue, so without informing again any estimate cost he has done work. For rest one issue of noise problem he again inform that, For this INPUT UNIT should be taken to service centre for cleaning(AS OF EARLIER), when I informed about earlier conversation he told that it will charged aprox.Rs.3000(FIRST TIME TALK ABOUT ANY CHARGES). Finally he handover Job Sheet mentioning value of Rs.2950. When I made objection that why he had not mentioned any estimate cost& moreover it was their fault as they had done FRAUD SERVICING / COMMITMENTS during warranty period with never resolving all of my all issues. Moreover after charging this FRAUD amount issues were still NOT RESOLVED, PCB fuse is also on BY-PASS. Finally, after misbehaving they had taken total amount from me. I need all money back with servicing of all issues resolve that too free of cost, because since beginning they had done only fraud. With so many services they had only handover only two job sheets. Now, since 21/09/2017 the AC is not working and customer care is also not responding. Though I had lodge complaint to NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM, but it's very worse experience with carrier.

Had purchased carrier air conditioner in march 2017 . And this is the third time


I am complaining for the same problem which was done earlier .


Today on 08/8/17 the engineer came and said SIR NOW THE PROLEM IS SoLVED


And on the same day the problem is again repeating after 5 hours of repairing.


This is an headache which I purchased


Problem-


Air conditioner is auto cutt-off after a short while around 5 min again n again

The worst product and even more useless service of carrier zircon ACs. The window AC s are so noisy that it's as good as sleeping on the road! Their engineers are indifferent and only their recorded m message promises round the clock service. Don't touch them with a bargepole. I would not want to waste 400 words on their products and services.


Your rating should have minuses grades. If there was minus they would feature in the -10 category! It's a wonder the public don't stone the company.

Worst service, Would like to share your pathetic customer service. Logged service call on 17 April 2017 for my 1 window AC's, given request nos are 131656054 the customer care person and service provider both donot know how to talk to customer language wasabusive . I requested for wet ac service with vacuum pump . I do recommend CARRIER ac to anyone specially the device provider SUPREME SERVICES engineer didn't know how to talk to the customer very poor language.

Worst service, Would like to share your pathetic customer service. Logged service call on 2 April 2017 for my 2 window AC's, given request nos are 131600131 & 131600132, surprisingly got SMS next day morning that your call has been closed even no one called up from service centre. While called up customer care they told it was closed as some issues and you will get call by engineer in next 1 hour. After 3 hours again called up to customer care, the executive informed that its already assigned on urgent basis we not able to contact ASC and given no. 9999122279, when called up at given no. the person told he left ASC 2 years back and do not call. Than again called at customer care, they totally unaware of updated no and call status. This is when at present no call load, what will happen to customers during peak season, opted for carrier AC over so many brands but seems done a big mistake. The service centre M/s Platinum Faridabad are great agents, contact nos given as found in just dial etc of Mr. Kishore not even responding called more than 100 times. LG and Samsung are best in term of after sales services. Its beyond imagine that how such a big company surviving with such poor after sales, 7 days and still they not able to even visit.
