I am using Blue Star Ac for a Year its very impressive performance.

I recommend to go to without inverter AC for less Power consumption and easy Maintenance.

Essential things to do for better performance:

1) Service the AC in the beginning of Summer when to use.

2) Service the AC in the end of Summer when their is no use of AC in winter.

3) Clean the AC filter with own within 2-3 weeks.

I think that the ac is cool and making my home so cool as much that have wear warm clothes and it is working properly from 7 years I have to setvice the ac 3 times a year which is good and the new ac of blue star are lauched I am sure that I will rxchange this ac with new one and make sure it is working properly or not I will more about this ac in anoter review

Me and my family is using this ac from last seven months but only after tgree months it started making sound and after few day it stopped cooling, first I thought that this is happening because of the hot weather which is effecting it but later we had to call the technician and he said that this ac is diffected and then for repairing it we had to pay heavy price. So overall it was not a good deal as this product did'nt worked well for us.

Hello friends, I had purchased the 2.5 ton inverter AC From Lucknow on 28 august 2017 of blue star company for RS 45000 But after installing the AC the outdoor unit doesn't work so technician had changed the board on indoor unit and still it doesn't work so then they are trying to change the main board in outdoor unit and it didn't work at all so now I purchased a faulty AC from showroom and I don't want this faulty AC . Then I called customer care for the replacement of the AC but they are saying to only repair the AC But they are not offer me a replacement of it this is a very horrible condition and I has purchased this AC from my hard worked money and they give a faulty AC. I am totally dissatisfy with the product and company they didn't replace the machine but there is a law of replacement and they are not following it . This is a total waste of money .

I have used this ac and I was not satisfied at all, it makes alot of sound while working and it does not cool efficiently . It takes alot time to cool the room. During summer we faced so much trouble . Its service is also not good they do not talk in right way and does not help us . It has no value for money paid in buying it. I bought new ac and sold this one and the new ac is working fine and was of cheaper price also.

Hello people

I bought a blue star tower ac 2.5 few months ago

Firstly when I bought it it was working good I cant say excellent here

It was only working good

It does not make the room cool fully

Because of its bad compressor the cooling system was bad

It work good in monsoon

But in the full summer time this ac doea not work properly

Last week I had called for its reparing

Their workers are not at all polite

They did their work only to their accordance and did not listen for my problem at all

Coming to its rate it should be cheaper for it has low quality

I would recommend buyers to buy lg , voltas or samsung Instead

I have blue star ac from a long time the ac to costly but is didn't work like a very good ac. service from blue star is not good they talk in a very bad way never solve the problem.

the of the ac is not very good and it make much noise while working.

their is very less reliability with this ac it out of service many time then I have to repair it time to time.

it is very costly ac but it has very less number of function so it is not a very good ac in price that I paid.

This has not make room so cool because its compresser is not so powerfull and steady. This AC as need more improvment sound is good its does not make sound but te quality of colling is not so good . service and support is quite good of this companny . On the bassics of Reliability and Satisafaction it is not so good . value for money is not good it must be less tan form now . Its compresser need more power and more stabilty to work correctly and colling the room. so appeal to all dont buy this AC for your ome

No customer satisfaction and reliability.

Blue Star Tower AC 2.5 ton makes a lot of sound while working and takes much time to work. Blue Star Tower AC 2.5 ton is present in expensive rates. Less service and support is provided by the company. It is an average air conditioner. Hence due to less features present in it, I will not recommend Blue Star Tower AC 2.5 tone for you all.

I buy a Bluestar AC from 1 week ago.I buy it because I was thinking Bluestar is very good electronic brand in India.After 1 week it's create many problems then I realized it was my biggest fault to buy it.

When I turn it ON it's motor create heavy sound and I saw that front wing not moving. Remote not working perfectly and temperature goes high automatically.

Also I saw smoke out from it's back side.Total bad experience from Bluestar brand.Don't buy it guys.

Dear consumers,

I bought Blue star tower Ac 2.5 ton for my shop for about 68000 .It worked fine for 6 months , then all repairing stuff started.

I thought it is a good name in AC so I bought it .

Later on I realized rather than buying bluestar I should have purchased lg or samsung in half the price. As a consumers I should recommend you not to but this .

As per my experience of last 1 year I recommend you to buy  LG or Samsung AC's in cheap rate and also good quality product.
