I have taken VRF unit for my office which costed a huge amount, while taking delivery service was prompt with one year warranty, however within 4 months,

one VRF unit brake down, I raised complaint however no action has been taken by Blue star or their service provider,

My office have machines which works under certain temperature only. its 3 days and no action or feedback, server crashed due to high heat.

fed-up of calling Blue star customer care, as waiting time is 15 mins, and after putting complaint, executive hung up phone.

FRAUDS SELLING FAULTY PRODUCTS: We bought Bluestar Split Inverter Air conditioner during Winter time this year 5 months back so technically we have just used the product for 2 months but within the 1st month of the usage swing started making a lot of noise and after complaining for over a month and 4 visits from their technicians no solution was provided to us except technicians fixing it on a temporary basis. They have the worst team of customer service and unprofessional technicians who have no sense of talking to the customer and had the audacity to talk to my wife rudely when she just enquired what exactly was the issue and he replied "aap question mat poochiye, jab ho jayega aapko bta denge" then the same technician called me zillion times to take OTP from me to close the service request from his end.

Do note, there's no support from their customer support phone no. or the mail support system after your 2nd mail they'll probably stop responding to your emails. When I asked them to replace or refund my money they simply denied even when the product is in warranty/guarantee. Now, in the end, I am forced to only get my "NEW" ac fixed and not replaced or get a refund which can only be called fraud. Vijay sales were the dealers and we did not get any help from them.

My service request is still open and no solution as of yet(now this is the second month).

Blue star has been in the market for a while now and it has launched many products in AC category but lot of misconceptions are revolving around its brand reputations and which are totally wrong in my opinion .here I have purchased blue star ac 2 ton in september 2017 and till now it has been running without any hassle and its light consumption is also not that high.because its a 2 star ac .

So for a budget about 30000 its a great buy if your room size is big enough for a 2 ton ac.otherwise buy a 1.5 ton ac .

Blue star service is improving its service since its start in india.

So my rexommendation is to go with it without any problem.

Hello friends, I would like to sharing my experienced about this Air-Conditioner. I will share you below in details-

##I have installed it in my shop, becose it covers the short space.At first, I am not satisfied with this product becose it's sound is very load.

##This AC did not given the more cooling and it's fan speed is very slow.

##In the 1st starting 1-2 months it was worked properly and after 2 months the Fan stop to moving.Then I called customer service centre and they heard the issue and raised a complaint about this issue.After 7 days Customer Service Engineer visited my home and checked it. He says some parts of it has gone bad and which will need to be replaced. Again after 5-6 days he replaced the parts and thereafter worked properly.

##Again after 1 month the issue again comes.Again I raised a complaint, the engineer visited to my home and checked and told filter need to be replaced. I said ok with that, but they charged from me 3000 for their service which was really disappointing because the warranty period is still there but they said the filter would not come under warranty and they charged higher from me. Company's product and service are very bad.According to me it just waste money and not useful.

I will never suggest anyone to buy this AC.

No surprise. Here is the new bluestar invertor ac with high effective performance. Cools faster and silently.the service is also good compared to other company in this price range. Electric consumption is very low . Andwe can trust the brand name BLUE STAR.

Hello friends

Now I am going to say something about a Air condition that is Blue Star R410 2 ton Ac

We installed it 1 year back in our home for 35000, the installation was completly free and they visit regularly for changing liquid

This AC is amazing , it cools very nice that everyone likes it

No problems so far in this ac it is working very nice

Some Air conditions sounds heavily but no such problems in this air condition

They have given 5 year waranty for this ac and their service extra ordinary

Blue star is an amazing company and it is really good value for money.

I sugest all my friends to buy this air condition

I have purchase the AC in Reliance digital and when I used the AC it was it it was working perfect however there was some problem with the stabilizer but I contacted the Reliance Digital and they have replace the whole steplizer and given me a new one the service the service from the Reliance Digital was perfect and it was a great experience.

This is a very good ac, the timing of cooling is very fast snd its very good in current efficient.this company has many service centre and this is very cool ac in thos budget. Colour variety is quite cool and the cooling system and the facilities given is veri interesting and one inportant thing is its durability . Its perfect for any kind of weather and climate weatherits hot or humid od cold or any thing .this is the best choice inthis range and its very much electric efficient

THIS IS A MASSIVE AND VERY POWERFUL AIR CONDITIONER FROM BLUE STAR.SINCE IT IS OF 2 TON THEREFORE IT CAN EASILY COOL DOWN A LARGE ROOM AS WELL.THE DESIGN OF THE AC LOOKS REALLY NICE AND THAT IS ALWAYS THE CASE WITH COMPANIES LIKE BLUE STAR.THE AC FEELS REALLY GOOD.THE OUTDOOR UNIT IS ALSO VERY STURDY AND CAN EASILY WITHSTAND STUFFS LIKE RAIN AND ALL.THE COOLING TIME OF THE AC IS REALLY REALLY LOW AND IF YOU ARE USING IT IN A SMALL ROOM AND IT COULD GET YOU FREEZING VERY SOON AS WELL.NOW THIS IS ALSO A INVERTER AC WHICH MEANS THAT THOUGH IT IS OF 2 TON THE ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION IS SIGNIFICANTLY LOW .

Bluestar earning a great name in air conditioners. I bought it on 15 april.I am very impressed about the smooth working of ac but one problem with it when I set the temprature at night temprature changes automatically when I set at16 it was changed 20 automatically.But other things are good and produces no sound. nice service and very good in cooling cools the room in just 5 min. nice ac

Purchased 2 TON BLUE Star aplit ac in february 2017, which was faulty, from the day of installation it was making KHAT KHAT noise in fan blower. later after 1 month the KIT was changed.But only the noise was minimised.

now the noise is increasing gradually and we could not sleep. We complained against it to the local dealer, nobody attended complaint.

later we complained on all india toll free no 18002091177 on 3rd Aprill but regret till date nobody attended.

Im in pallikaranai.worst experience with blue star installation and service.poor service center approach. Sri kavi enterprises didn't solved my installation issue by taking 1 week time. I got irritated and felt that one of the world worst brand in Ac is bluestar. Technicians doesnt have any basic knowledge solving issues. They ll ask several questions to user and confuse us

Cooling of ac is very good .i think bluestar is the best brand when u comapare its cooling with other brands.Ac runs very smoothly it doesnot produce too much sound we have two acs one is bluestar and one is voltas .voltas ac has more stylish look as compare to bluestar but in terms of cooling bluestar wins the race .i think this product is value for money as it provides various options various temperature control modes .Service support of bluestar is very good .when u call for ur free service of ur ac the man comes within 3 days I think tjis ac is value for money .

Last year we have bought this AC. Its working capacity is very good and efficient. This AC is consuming less energy and its cooling spreads all over the room. During the wet or rainy seasons its dry mode gives optimum cooling for once convince.

One can have sound sleep under this AC without any noise.

They had provided the best Quality installation when we contacted them though their helpline number.

Blue star is giving 1yr warranty on their product and 5 yrs warranty on their compressor so everyone can use their services in meantime.

My relatives are praising my father for choosing this amazing product. Really worth it!

Rocking Blue Star R410A this AC is too cool and gave me a cool air filed value of money till 4/5 max but its amazing a sound is like nice cool no trouble while sleep.

Cooling is to good one touch air nice value and nice warrently .

Quality is to amazing a strong body .

And service and support is to good free demo I got.

I m using it from 2 months and this is why I wrote a review on it white and grey color availble mite comfortable AC I m saving now money buy this my light bill comes low with this system. To cool.

Blue star split AC is very popular in india.a quality product by blue star.its popular in north east also.because in north east its provide its best service support.not only in noth east, in other states its service is also good.Its cooling system is just amazing.its don't need much time for cooling.and it consume very less power.totally a power saving ac.its not noisy and always gives a fresh air.mainly its rates is very good.some other split ac perform same work but their cost is very high.
