On 7/5/2018 I purchased A Blue Star(5 Star) 1.5 ton split AC machine. Last week the indoor part started noise. Immediately called the customer service cell. The customer cell called me back within an hour. The next day their representative visited our house and serviced the machine.

In India when the after sell service is very much poor and even they have to pursue day after day we are surprised and greatly satisfied for their service offered.

Hello to all Reviewers, I have an experience of this powerful piece of cooling machine, employed in our 8Mw Captive Power Plant's Control Room environment.

We had two numbers of their "In-Door units", mounted on the inside walls of our Control Room. As you know, Control Room's AC's are meant to work 24 hours all round the year. And in order to share the heat load, and to give proper time for their scheduled maintenance, we had to install, two of these machines. Their "Out-Door", Air cooled units, had to be judiciously placed on the roof top of the Control Room.

The heat load of Control Room is quite awesome.  At any instant, there are 5 to 6 people inside the Control Room, and other 2 /3 people are always busy commutating from the field to Control Room, at every half an hour or so.

Apart from it, there is a lot of heat being generated by the electrical control equipment's and panels kept inside the Control Room.

So after going through a lot of Techno-commercial offers provided by various manufacturers and after lot mind-boggling technical discussions, we had selected Blue Star's  4.5T Split AC for the purpose. And till date, the machines, are serving well. It was able to maintain, with an ease, Control Room's ambient temperature. within 25 deg C  to 27 deg C. even during hot summer days of May and April, when the outside temp. was around 43 deg C to 45 deg C.

I am well satisfied since last 5 years, by the performance of this model of Air-conditioning machine, by M/s. Blue Star Ltd.

Dear Friends

I Bought Blue star R410A HN4HPAFO 4.5 ton invertor Air Conditioner recently.

In his early days it work very smoothly but as days go by you know its true colour.

First of all its consumes lot of electricity. You can see your monthly bill .secondly water start dripping from it after one month.

It also requires lot of maintenance work. If you are not a deep pocket dont buy this Air Conditioner.

Better go for cooler fan .it cheap in price and give u less bill.

No value for money.
