Service is so bad. They close the ticket from backend and then you just do followup.
Service centre experience is so bad.
Bluestar management need to close their AR air conditioning systems - Service centre Delhi on immediate basis to improve customer base.
Within one year, there are more defects found and got free service more than 3 times. Yet the problem is not resolved and they are not replacing the product. After 2 months the warranty ends. So I have to buy a new one only. Don’t suggest this brand to anyone.

I have raised my ticket on 28th july 2024 that my 1.5 ton ac is not cooling and showing EC error code. It took 5 days to technician to come and then he checked the leakage and said for complete coil indoor coil change, fortunately my ac was under warranty that time. Now it's 10 August still waiting for the coil to get changed I have called everyone including customer care, service vendor and my area's bluestar manager all they say is that the coil is in transit we can't do anything, it's been more than a week now and still no response. My father is a cancer patient it's been very difficult for him to stay without ac with all the medication and chemotherapy but i don't know how much longer we have to wait for bluestar pathetic service. I guess they are sending the indoor unit from a Bullock cart or something.
Worst service and please don't buy bluestar ac or else you have to suffer just like me.

Pls do not buy bkue star AC in the name of made in India. These companies sell the product by saying we are Indian and we as citizens think let's boost or local by buying. However, when we need services they just close ticket or technician keeps on calling but will never come. By samsung or L
Very bad product and service
Very bad product , just after 25 days , many types of issues happening , thier service is also so bad. They are taking more than 10 days to repair anything. My personal suggestion is do not buy from bluestar.
In recent years I have never had to deal with such terrible customer service . They took my AC saying there is an issue with the compressor. I paid for the service as well and then I get a mail saying that the ticket is closed and that there were no charges. For almost 2 weeks I kept sending mails for which I got autogenerated replies that had nothing to do with my issues and whenever I called I got a very rude customer care lady who would say she will call back in 5 minutes and never got back to me. At the end of the 2nd week I got one decent soul who followed up with the issue and sent my AC back saying there was no compressor available. I have now called a local repair shop and they have promised to deliver it in a day. It has been a real nighmare dealing with them. I will avoid buying or recommending blue star AC in future
Pathetic service. everything is left to service centre. no warranty on replaced products even on PCB.

Pathetic company who couldn’t even arrange installation in 2 weeks of purchase. Finally I have decided to return it to Vijay sales and purchase another brand ac.
Service centre staff will just keep on assuring you to get a call in 12 hrs on priority but nothing really happens in real!!!
I have bought bluestar inverter spilit ac 1.5 ton after use only 2 days the ac was open without remote and this function is very very unuseful for user after that I have complaint but his technician had given time of 4 days, that too has been completed but my problem is that of changing the layer: it is taking so much time.plz dnt but bluestar ac

WORST WORST AND WORST SERVICE. I have a 1.5 ton Blue Star AC. Believe me the AC is very good . But recently I called company for a service and from almost 15 days they don’t attend only . I think this company has the worst service and customer care promises you that the engineer will call and they gave me Kool Wind Engineers number and they don’t bother to pick your call. You buy this AC and if it has any problems, you are in trouble, think before you buy a BLUE STAR AC..service requires not even a single star..

We got AC before 5days but no one can come for installation n very poor response for installation team don't buy bluestar product coz it's service is very very poor..
I am the person who bought (4), 1.5 ton A C from blue star company. The agency from which I bought the AC paid 1500 rupees per unit to install the AC. Later the technician of blue star called me without even looking at the location and charged me 550 rupees for one meter and asked me to pay extra 1800 for one A C installation, and replied that if we don't install it, you will drive for a while to get the warranty. Regarding this, when I called blue star customer care, they did not answer, but they said to install it by paying the amount specified by the technician or we will not give warranty... Please, if you are buying blue star AC, you should keep double the amount of AC in your hand. . The customer was cheated by buying blue star A C from kollam ????????

I bought split ac 1.5 ton 9 months ago through Amazon. I am very disappointed when I see the blue Star quality and service is very bad.
In just 9 months the indoor was leak and no gas when I start my air conditioner this season. I complaint to the blue Star service centre and next day the service engineer came to my house who is not looking engineer and he wasn't know how do work like road side engineer and he was have blue Star i'd. When I ask for I'd he said I forgot my I'd at the house so i can show you on whatsApp. I said ok plz chek what's problem with my ac. That guy was washup the indoor and out door which is looking like no experience about how to clean after that he said there is no gas and i am coming in 15 minutes because I haven't have gas to fill in your ac. I was wait for him till night but he wasn't back and also not picking up my phone. In this summer season how you live with ac if you living on fourth floor. Next day 2pm call comes from service center and guy told me sir when I come for gas filling. I told that service boy plz don't come because you are not responsible person who never know how to give service and hospitality.
I call to urban clap and the nice technician came who fill gas in my ac. Ac is working ok. But very disappointed the bluestar haven't have good service.. They appoint technicians on contract and they haven't have own engineers.
I will not buy blue Star ac in my life again.
They charged high and bad service don’t tell the exact thing within warranty tenure and always make the place dirty when ever they come and don’t clean it I had very poor experience from blue star ?? it’s a only name but don’t shine like star ??
