The Condition is worse, I was not aware that, I have to suffer like this, I regret why I bought this Bluestar AC
Very poor service, it is almost a week ago I sent you the complaint but no action has been taken to date, the day before yesterday a service engineer from Blustar visited he was unable to find the leakage and the cause of leakage, I don't know actually the leakage is there or not, they are just coming and doing nothing, but always asking for money every time, not even suggesting any solution but their prime concern is money. This shows the Bluestar service is nothing but meant for looting the customers. I attached all the documents, a copy of the original bill, a copy of the extended warranty bill, copy of the 600.00 Rs. bill paid to the service engineer who did nothing and just said that there is a leakage of gas in your AC, without even touching the AC or any other part.
What the hell is going on I don't know.
Very very bad service team especially in Nagpur. I am completely disappointed after spending so much money on the extended warranty no one visited my home. They took the money and disappear when I called they said sir "Apke AC ki warranty to khatam ho gayee Hai"
I think this matter will not going to be resolved by writing emails.
so thank you so much for putting me and my family in such bad condition in the mid-summer.
