I am Isar. Fond of relating to people and speaking what is Right and Just. I have made this hobby of speaking to people as my profession by taking up Training as a career. I am Head- Distribution Training for Tata AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd. for All India operations. Previously I was with the Bajaj Allianz India as Associate Vice President- HR Training. I have a great passion for music. I listen to the Beatles and John Lennon. Their concept of peace and humanity has inspired me very much and I gather all my inspiration from songs. All you need is love, how true. Make Love, Not War; He said and I follow. I have written essays and articles for lots of publications. I have been a columnist for the Times of India, the largest newspaper circulated in India. I have Bachelors in Arts, with sociology and a Masters in Business Administration from Pune, a culturally rich city in western India. Apart from public speaking, my other interest lies in social activities like devoting time at special schools, an example being students of the Helen Keller Institute of the Deaf and Deaf Blind.
