I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with your service. I booked a hotel through Cleartrip and traveled four hours, only to find out that my booking was never confirmed. The hotel had no record of my reservation, leaving me completely stranded with no place to stay. This was not just an inconvenience, it was an absolute disaster. I had to scramble at the last minute, find another hotel, and go through unnecessary stress, all because of Cleartrip’s failure to properly confirm my booking.

This level of mismanagement is completely unacceptable. When a customer books through your platform, they expect a seamless experience, not to be left helpless upon arrival. What’s the point of using Cleartrip if I still have to double-check with the hotel myself? I cannot trust this service anymore, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The only saving grace was the support agent who processed my refund. He was professional, understanding, and handled the situation well, which I appreciate. However, that does not make up for the terrible experience I had to go through.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and fix whatever issues you have with hotel confirmations. But as for me, I won’t be using Cleartrip again.

Absolutely bad and worst customer support . Tooo much manual work . Ticket never confirms immediately but takes hours and hours and have to call support center which is always busy and have to wait long time on call and agents are again not understanding and doesn't solve the problem

Horrible experience. I booked a ticket from Kochi to London via their portal, while booking it did not show its a zero check in baggage, booked for ethihad.later once I booked I realised I can carry only 7kg as cabin baggage. real cheating customers.

I talked multiple times with customer care executives and asked a solution and they offered 20k extra for 10 kg bag.

such a pathetic service and horrible experiance.never ever take tickets through clear trip and think twice before take ethihad as well.

I booked flight to Bangkok and later had a plan change so I read all the cancellation policy but after cancellation they didn't refund my booking amount. During a cancellation they said they will refund but they didn't , my 18000 should be refunded within a week ??????????

Subject: KENYA AIRWAYS / CLEARTRIP - HORRIBLE TRAVEL & REFUND EXPERIENCE. WHY IS THE AIRLINE SO IGNORANT?

Dear Kenya Airways and Clear Trip Team,

Please note my concern below.

I booked a return flight ticket with Kenya Airways - 07th Oct to 16th Nov

Mumbai-Mogadishu-Mumbai

The First Leg of the flight from Mumbai to Nairobi was delayed by Kenya Airways. The flight was scheduled for 07th October at 2:40 am, but they were delayed by an hour to take off approximately. Hence I missed my connecting flight at 07:45 am on 07 Oct from Nairobi to Mogadishu. So I could not accept the rescheduled ticket after two days on 09th Oct, even Ethiopian Airlines from Nairobi to Addis was full for 07th Oct evening.

What should I do? The KQ Airlines airport staff is not very customer friendly, they care less. Maybe they have got used to this delay and flight miss situation now.

I have work to attend to. Hence I made my booking on Premier Airlines for the same afternoon.

Please issue me a refund for this sector back to my original payment method.

Important to note: I have a return on the 16 Nov from Mogadishu to Mumbai, so please keep that booking active or reissue it so that I am not stranded on my return journey.

This is not a very pleasant experience with Kenya Airways.

I have attached the flight tickets as well as the Boarding Pass and the New flight purchased from NBO to MGQ on 07th Oct(Premier Airlines)

When will I receive my refund? Please advise for the following sectors:

NBO - MGQ(07th Oct) and MGQ to MUM) Sector -(16th Nov.)

Please respond to me by this email as I am currently in Somalia and due to return on 16th Nov.

But, now: the Kenyan Airways has provided me with a paltry refund inspite of taking the full return fare, delaying the airline, and then, cancelling the return by themselves.

I am seeking a full refund of ₹76, 412.00 for this ticket.

I booked hotel in LA, usa. They did not mention the charges clearly during payment. Once I booked the hotel , even then also I confirmed it from customer care, he said you don't need to pay any amount you have already paid the whole amount. when I saw the booking voucher then I got to know that I need pay 50 usd as property fee. Other hotel booking apps clearly mention the charges but clear trip don't mention anything clearly. I was getting very good options but because of this scam now I have to pay so much extra from my pocket. They are scammers

I’ve never had such a disappointing hotel booking experience. I reserved a suite, but when I arrived, the hotel informed me that the room was unavailable and that they had already communicated this to Cleartrip. After spending 1.5 hours with Cleartrip’s customer support, they only offered a refund and suggested I find another place to stay. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since all other hotels were fully booked or had exorbitant rates. I felt completely abandoned in this situation.

The Cleartrip app promises ‘Cleartrip for work’ fare for flight bookings. I chose this fare with option for date change at INR 499. (Trip ID 240629796030) But when I reached out to Cleartrip support for date change (since the Cleartrip app did not allow me to do this online), no resolution was provided other than lame excuses, very long hold times, asking me to call different numbers, refusing to accept my chosen fare and asking me to approach the airline directly, etc., asking me to pay the normal airline penalty of INR 3800 for date change. The app is lousy, trying to mislead and commit fraud on the customer by offering fares that Cleartrip is unable to honour. Horrible experience. Vow not to use Cleartrip ever for flight booking.

If there was 0 rating I-would proceed with the same what kind of service they are providing intoxicated bus operators sultan singh from hans travels that person was very rude and misbehaving with me I am writing this while I am travelling to my destination I wanted to pee bus operators refused to stop the bus and said if you want to pee get out from the bus with your luggage this is what the service provided by Cleartrip and his operators, seriously how can someone control on natural things what’s wrong with you I want the necessary actions for this otherwise I will write an article in the newspaper.

Dear Friends…. Please don’t use Cleartip for your Hotel Bookings , it’s really worst , Customer Team is Lying multiple times , I requested them to cancel partial booking 3 days prior to checkin after severals calls Cleartrip Customer support team said Hotel denied request and when I called hotel , come to know that they never received such request.

?This is not Cleartrip it’s ClearTrap !!! They wanted to make money out of this booking.

Cleartrip is a screwed company, and cleartrip people don’t know the how serious the matter will be

Recently, I have visited Rishikesh and I have booked one of the hotel through cleartrip and guess what, there was no sign of the hotel in the mentioned location. And I’m here with family guess what it’s one of the rarest moment I have been and I didn’t get room to stay whole night, thanks to “clear(shit)trip”.

Very poor they have not refunded one of my ticket amount out of 4 tkts cancelled due to clear trip technical fault of rs 8363 they are also tied up with airlines

Fraud company never book from them

Horrible customer care and higher ups no value for customer money

They are with airline . I have proofs that we were there at airport but this people are with airline I belive that they didnt even talk to airline . they told me they will refund at first place after deducting panelty and convience, insurance . now today they said no refund .

The bus stopped at a different location than what I booked which was far from my stop in Banglore when I complained to them they said that the bus operator said they completed the trip till the very end when no such thing happened as the bus driver told me this was the last stop and they aren't going any further when enquired. And cleartrip is of no help to me when I complained the same and asked the refund of the auto I payed for till the said destination I was supposed to be dropped of to. The shittiest ride ever.

If I could I would give no star. I clearly choose my departure. Somehow, I got another departure assigned at the last minute without me noticing it. Right after receiving the confirmation, I checked and noticed the mistake. They charged me the insurance payment plus another penalty within 2 minutes of receiving the confirmation. Not right.

This review is related to my hotel (Central Courtyard) booking at Siliguri on 8th March 2024. I booked that hotel this time keeping the good memories in mind of staying at Central Heritage Darjeeling from the same group.. But no comparison at all in both of them..

The room I was given very small (Approx 150 sft including bathroom) against one night cost of Rs. 4500 odd for me & my wife including Veg Breakfast.. So far I remember it was not mentioned at the time of booking that it is a Veg Hotel.. The range of the breakfast was very short and South Indian dominant.. No where the price justifies the services. This kind of rooms are literally small for travelers..

We were given dirty old towels and it took half an hour time while asked for replacement and replacements were not with better stuffs..

The cloth hanging hook was broken in the bathroom..

The AC noise was terribly high which gifted us a complete sleepless night..

Apart from that some sounds of footsteps, repositioning of Chairs/Tables from the upper floor throughout the night..

I've been traveling throughout India since last 20 years and Siliguri is one of my lovable place where I stayed in various hotels for years have never experienced such ugly things from every aspects..

The cost of such staying can't be more than Rs. 500 and Cleartrip has charged Rs.4500..

I had cancelled one ticket from mumbaI to Delhi for 25th December out of 5 tickets booked by me. They told me the refund willl be credited in 7 working days. 2 months have passed but no sign of refund. No reply on e-mail. Just wasting time in customer call services. False promises again and again.
