This is the worst app for educational purpose which I ever used and I am giving only one star for this app because, I am being removed a lot during the meetings even without a reason, even when my network is perfect it takes ages to connect only to be removed again for no reason while running in background I would prefer other apps over it consumes a lot of battery and ram it has been making my phone slower, at last update still has audio and video issues the picture freezers and impacts audio quality.
The new update is worst previous one was good but the new updated one is just worst we are not able to join the meeting in one attempt and after 10 to 15 Attempts, if somehow we join the meeting then after sometime 5 to 10 minutes it will get disconnected even after having good network connection then you will not able to join the meeting again it will start showing you the error again and again.
The main concept of zoom app is to conduct meetings in their app like as a video call.bad audio after updating before it was fine there was no abstract hills HYD don't know why this always happens even though my internet connection is good.
I would really not recommended anyone not waste their storage by installing this app it is ridiculous I was not able to enter a very important meeting even though my
internet connection is too good.
I complain them many times I facing problem in terms of audio and video but they didn't give any immediate and positive help to me , do they have to improve their help functionality, and the service and support given by zoom app is very bad.
It is not a user friendly because we face many problems will be joining meeting and leaving meeting in middle of the meeting we are also face many problems like increasing the audio etc, however we have not to pay any money to zoom app to conduct meetings.
The last update is worst when data speed is little bit low it gives a poor service the previous updates were ok but this last update is really very bad fix this problem as soon as possible it is impossible to use properly, better to not to use this app better to uninstall this app this consumes battery and storage in our phone.
