I had used this service for three times and each and every time they are soo much hate to deliver my car. They got late for 1 to 2hrs sometimes which is completely harassment. And after that they told me to get the total inspection of the car. And told me to sign some papers. Which made me very late for my work.
They need to improve this kind of late services from them.
They are taking a good and worth full money for their services and it is a very good idea. But they are very late and very consious about their own need They should have a reliebility from their customers.
Next time I expect them to give me my ordered car near my location and on time.
The condition of the cars they gave is quite good. They are good in driving and they didn't had any problems in between my journey. It was very comfortable and happy with a zoom car.
Only they are just soo late on delivery which is really annoying to me. I hope it will get better on its services soon.
