I am very disappointed and still experience worst customer support from them(9-Jun-2015) by Zoom car services pertaining to car booking ID JPS6E67IW . They did not give car not refunded my amount till date. Everything time I call them they will say we will take on high priority and get back to me in 30 mins but nothing is done. I have called them more than 100 times till today from the date of booking for this issue and even today thrice but they did not come back. For email’s I feel I am sending this to dustbin/ junk email ID, no one has reverted for the issue till date. But I also saw they will revert if it is something else. If I ask who is the escalation point there is no answer or no person here.
I had booked available car 3 days in advance but I did not get the cab when I went to pick 20 kms away from residence, nor there was a representative to guide me on the mention location. When I dialed customer care no. from the pickup location early morning on multiple occasions it kept on saying all representatives and No one was there to respond to my call in Customer care number from 7am to 9 am. I had to literally wait on road for 2 hrs expecting atleast I will get car in another few minutes.
I was informed at 10am that I will not get car, how ridiculous is this? Why car was not provided inspite of booking 3 days in advance. If car is not available, then they done even have curtesy to call and inform me in advance.
There was no prior intimation also, all my plans are in vein. There was an appointment with doctor for my 1 yr old daughter and I could not take her for the treatment outstation.
