On 29th Aug, I rented a car in Bhubaneswar..The car was not ready on the appointed time..Further licence approval took much longer. Finally I was delivered the alternate car nearly a hour late. The executive never gave any brief. The fuel tank was almost empty..The only thing the executive mentioned that to fill the disel in the bunk which was 500 meters away and cautioned me that the car will not go far..I filled Rs 400 of diesel. On closing the trip it asked to upload the bill, I was not aware that I booked the car with fuel.. Anyway there was very little support from call center...there was a very big charge on my credit card..Anyway NEVER EVER HIRE Zoom car..They are big cheats..staff at the parking lot do not know anything..they just don't bother..
