If you want to book a table at any restaurant or want to order food from a nearby restaurant, Zomato will be at your service every time. I used Zomato to book table at restaurants in my city or when I was traveling and it worked absolutely perfect, and yesterday I used Zomato to order online from a restaurant nearby, and Zomato was perfect there too.
Service & Support - You can chat with Zomato customer service anytime you want, they also have provided some tollfree numbers and email addresses where you can contact them. I haven't used this feature as I have never been in any trouble on there site, but surely they must be having a good Service & Support.
Information Depth - The information Zomato provides about different restaurant in our country is just AWESOME! You can find almost every popular/new restaurant in any city of India and Zomato will show you it's photos, services, specialities, menu and ratings.
Content - Zomato is like a Mouthshut, specialized with restaurants. You can find content related to restaurants and foods, that's all. But, overall, the content is really engaging, you won't feel like leaving the app if you are a foodie like me!
User Friendly - Both website and app works fine. I use Zomato app most of time and it is pretty good and user friendly as well.
Foodies will love it, not only foodies but also it Zomato comes to your rescue in any food and restaurant matter. Highly recommended.
