Best Service as on date. Review on Zomato

I am fond of Zomato among its competitors. Zomato has services like:

> Ordering food

> Table Booking

> Discounts on Final Bill at a few Restaurants/Bars/Pubs( i.e. applicable for Zomato Pro Plus customers).

And I have availed of all the above-listed services from Zoamto and I am quite satisfied. On-time delivery in India is next to impossible, as we all know the heavy traffic on our roads. But the best part is Zomato provides free delivery. And this is a considerable edge Zomato has over its competitors.

I have been a Zomato PRO Plus member since 2018. And I have used the services of Zomato across India in various cities like Patiala, Ludhiana, Mohali, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, and Hyderabad.

Food is good or bad again we can't blame that on Zomato as it is a delivery service provider and they don't prepare the food that we have ordered.

I use the Table booking service almost once a month and never had any issues with the same.

Rules for UP TO 100% Cashback Zomato Credit are as follows:

- Here basically what happens is that the customer receives a scratchcard after successful payment.

- The customer needs to scratch it to reveal the cashback amount.

- Cashback is credited immediately in the form of Zomato Credits.

- These credits can be used by the customer for future dining bills or food delivery orders.

- Zomato Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of the payment.- The scratch card is issued only on a minimum payable amount of Rs. 50(excluding tips).

I will recommend Zomato to all those who are having the patience to wait for the delivery to happen, again traffic on roads is not in anyone's hands. Mind it the delivery boy/man is no VIP for whom all traffic will be stopped to get your food at the speed of light. Also, in this case, it is not an emergency service.

If you are in a hurry visit the restaurant in person and order food and when it's ready and packed, get the food. See if you are faster than the delivery boy/man/woman. I bet then your complaints about delivering on time will disappear. Also, you need to understand that the delivery boy/man/woman will deliver the current order at some point and reach the restaurant to collect your food order and he/she is not sitting idle someplace.
