I had placed an order on Zomato order no.2288694430 which was placed for Pizza Hut today ( 23rd June) at 9 PM and the app constantly kept showing that the order is being prepared for 1 hour when I called up the pickup guy he said he does’nt know what is the issue and we should get in touch with the Zomato customer support.
I connected to the customer support and the weird lady there had no answer expect that she can cancel the order when asked what has been the issue she said the pickup guy and the restro both are not reachable.
The question that arises here is what on earth are the customer support people be doing when they can not even give a satisfactory reply to the customer. Neither the Pizza Hut guy had a reply nor the Customer support of Zomato had an answer really don’t understand both are brands and both had no answers.
Hopefully some on here will answer to my queries.
