I have tried using zomato couple of times but whenever I booked and online order they have very slow services as well most of the time I gets stain food delivery I dont think so they have tie up with such a good restaurants. Apart from I have seen if directly order from a restaurant I gets it in more cheap rate Example if the product rate is 100rs in restaurant so it will show you 200rs on zomato after it costing 150 rs.
Also they dont have such good customer service as I remember they are rude and directly says zomato is not preparing by theirselves.this not the way to answer the customers query.if you are the mediator between customer n restaurant u should have such responsiblity
I dont recommend anyone to use zomato
