Pathetic experience ordering food thru Zomato. Review on Zomato

Zomato customer experience teams along with their food review teams are big frauds. They are taking down negative food reviews by customers who have had a bad experience ordering food through their aggregator platforms. I recently had the worst experience of my life ordering biryanis from Kabuliwala Restaurant(Address: Chinar Park, Tegharia, Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700052) Phone: 090739 xxxx, +91-760509xxxx) through the Zomato app.

When I posted my review they kept on taking down my reviews time and again to protect their reputation from going bad as they seem to be so wary of the same. I believe that every individual has the right to know what he/she is getting into and make informed decisions before ordering anything from such fraud aggregators like Zomato and how they collude with such third-grade restaurants in the city who serve sub-standard quality food to the people at the cost of their lives.

Even the dogs won’t eat that if they were fed the same items that we ordered. This place is a big cheat. They took advantage of the lockdown by selling third-grade food. And it’s a shame that Zomato is promoting such brands in the market simply by cheating customers by selling sub-standard quality food. Such crooks should be banned from doing business with their trade license revoked. Worst experience ordering food from this place and ordering it through Zomato who are the main culprits here.

It all boils down to business without the slightest concern for the well-being of customers. That is precisely Zomato have made for themselves over the years in the attempt to secure their dominant market position in the food aggregator business, merely shameless and ruthless players.

All that Zomato cares about is making their cuts; customer delight is the least of their concern. It does not matter to them what they serve to the customers even if it means adding poison to their foods as long as they are able to meet their revenue numbers. And it’s a shame that Zomato is promoting such brands in the market simply by cheating customers by selling sub-standard quality food. Such crooks should be banned from doing business with their trade license revoked. Worst experience ordering food from this place and ordering it through Zomato who are the main culprits here.

Zomato along with this restaurant is responsible for colluding with such restaurants as they work on a commission basis for every order that gets placed through the Zomato app.

It is a matter of utter shame and disgrace. I would like for this matter to be given serious consideration and necessary action taken against the colluding parties. Both the restaurant and the food aggregator should be held liable for this nuisance.
