I am sharing my views about my recent order with zivame. I had ordered a few gift items for my wife but we were shocked to see when we opened the box there was only one item in penny briefs pack of 3 items.
I immediately informed zivame by email and asked for immediate refund and compensation too as it spoilt my anniversary gift for my wife. They didnt reply the whole day and I had to finally login to raise the return request myself.
Their app doesnt give option to mention which items you didnt receive and also doesnt give option for refund in card from which you paid and it goes to Z coins which is really baffling. So, I again wrote a mail for refund in bank card and finally got return pick up request done myself.
Products are just ok quality and customer care is pathetic!
