Zipker is the website that popped on the search result as I was looking for ethnic clothing items. By the looks of it, it seemed like there were numerous type of ethnic attires such as kurta sets, sarees, jewellery, etc.
Many different types and patterns of clothes were available. After browsing for more than an hour, I selected a few styles and proceeded to the payment page. The time displayed was quite more than the top websites such as myntra, jabong.
The item arrived after a week which was fine. But the product was of terrible quality. Even clothes bought from flee markets look better than the one that arrived. The texture of the fabric felt so cheap that I instantly requested for a return. I had bought 2 kurta sets and both were for more than Rs. 1500 each. In that price, one can easily get good quality clothes from other online shopping websites.
The return process took a great deal of time. And I had to speak to the customer service to ensure that the refund gets transferred to the bank account. In short, wasted a great deal of my time and did not even get the kind of cloth that I wanted.
Skip it and shop from an established shopping website.
