Thanks to mouthshut.com, thanks to all the people who called me up to support me and thanks to all the readers who took out their precious time to read my reviews and respond through comments.
I finally received my refund today. The owner of the company called up and apologised for the harrowing experience that his employees had given me.
Hope they learn from this incident and provide better services to the future clients.I got my hard earned money back just because of the social media activism. Thanks to all and I wish Ziffy good luck for their future endeavours.
