Automated Trading platform. Review on Zerodha

I have just opened my account with zerdha discount brokerage firm and the experiene till now is so pleasant.

As I approached Zerodha for a trading account specifically in Equity sector. they immediately contacted me. and no long talks, they ask about my requirements, explained the terms and conditions before getting enrolled, also gave me short description about how to open an account.

In no time I recieved an Email with the link to getting started.

Surprisingly the process of opening the account was so easy. no physical document submission. I just had to upload two documents and follow the instructions given on the web page.

I think it took me 15 minutes to finish the procedure and immediately I received the email that I have two discripencies in the documents. I solved it and then just had to courier a single power of attorney physically signed. and my account was activated in 2 days.

It was like no third party involvement. no documenting mess, nothing. it was like opening an email account.

Finally I received my username and password to start trading.

So I can say the customer service is very prompt and fast. and very courteous.

Promptness; As I have already mentioned that they are very prompt in action from first contact to account opening etc.

After I first logged in the fund management, buying and selling of shares everything is so easy. I started my trading hassle free.

The brokerage of the trading is also very low. next to nothing.

It is really a wonderful company. and I reccomend it to others also.
