I Started a trading account with Zerodha and my DOB was wrongly refreshed on complete entry. I called their help number who advised me to compose an email to their help. I did as such and gotten ticket number.
No correspondence was produced using their help for couple of days aside from the auto-created ticket number email.
At the point when I called up their help and requested update by expressing my ticket number, they basically said we don't know about it and just concerned office will answer to you with respect to this once the issue is settled.
After around 10 days(which appears to be a hellfire parcel of time to refresh/right DOB I got email which expressed that my DOB has been revised/refreshed. I went to their office gateway to cross check and to my shock the date was not refreshed.
I called up their help again and this time I was again informed that we have educated the concerned office and they will hit you up.
