I worked with them for about 2 years and because of some personal reason I had to take leave. While taking leave they ensured that things will be fine. While I was on leave, without my knowledge they initiated my exit process and did all clearance. Not a single mail or call from their side and neither they answered my calls.
HR, Managers and Senior Management as big . I had no clue what was happening till the day I personally went back. Their false promises and statement almost ruined my career.
The managers got their position not becoz of they deserve but because they are with the company for so long and not willing to change job. All awards which are distributed in Zensar are from HR to HR.
On the name of processes... I have seen HR playing FreeCell on the day of my joining. If u dont have any career aspirations, and want to have flavor of govt job.. Join Zensar.. and best as HR. They screw up employee's life.. Most disgusting people I have seen.
