I have worked in Zenith Fibres LTD in the year 2015 as a customer care representative. My salary was 8000 INR, they doesn't pay for my food allowances and travel allowances. There was no provident fund in that company. I have worked for 1 year, in this period my salary has been increased. So there is no salary growth in this company. Even during one year I haven't got any paid leaves, if any irregular absenteeism occurs company used to sacks many employees. So the job is not secured here. During one year my designation has not been promoted, hence job career growth is poor here. The team leader used to abuses all the junior employees even the girls so the working enviornment is very poor here. I had bad experience in this company so I suggest everyone not to join in this comply for career growth.
