If I could briefly describe Zenify -Big time fraudsters and money launderers.
We had a pathetic experience with Zenify when we entered into a rental agreement with them for a flat in Bangalore or to be really specific, we still are having a miserable experience with these fraudsters to fight out our rental deposit of 1.4 lakhs.
" Their tagline- "right place to ease out rental agreements needs to be changed to into the "right place to multiply your rental woes and pay a huge rental deposit and kiss your deposit good bye forever", because you will never get it back and hence, Please stay away from these useless guys. The epicentre for all these problems arises the moment you decide to vacate the flat.
The company is run by bunch of totally unprofessional idiots who do not deserve to be called graduates from coveted institutions in the country. Can't anyone in this firm take accountability for the unethical practices that you guys are supporting? Please avoid setting examples for organised money laundering exercises. Upon writing directly to the founder on these illicit practices, there has not been the slightest of response from him.
They have a pathetic customer service team that never understand the meaning of service. The call center team that handles customer calls is never trained to answer queries and only reiterate a written script which is a bunch of lies. They have been strictly told not to reveal any executives office number so as to shield them the answering any of the escalated customer complaints. The service teams is abysmal in terms of their capability to handle calls and keep changing their terms and conditions on their own whims and fancies and make false promises on the amount that will be refunded.
The Pandora' s box is opened, Once you vacate the flat and there is no end to the woes that you need to go through to get your money back. After repeated harassment you get a bill for repair works that are baseless and faulty.

Need for repair and maintenance
Has any of the repair/maintenance work that we are charged actually being done? There is no bill/receipt provided for the expenses that these fraudsters use our money for.
There was a round of so called "inspection" that happened two weeks before we moved out and a guy from Zenify came in to inspect the house and recommend any repair works if necessary. The employee was well trained not to answer to any of our queries and silently left without even giving a concrete report on the maintenance that needs to be done and the findings of his inspection. Upon repeated enquiry to this guy, the only issue he mentioned was that painting charges of INR 8000 and equipment repair if any(INR 350/repair) will be charged. The entire process of termination is orchestrated to fool people and display some professionalism but in reality this was just an eye wash.
Despite leaving the flat in a perfectly working condition, you get a mail with a laundry list of repairs that need to be done which is bogus. The icing on the cake is the term used to call out the deposit which is- Major refundable amount" which in reality will not even amount to half of the exorbitant amount that you pay as deposit.
These guys are polite only on the day you move in, post that they turn their backs on to you. Upon speaking to the owner once, it was revealed that they collect money from the owners on a monthly basis for all these repair works and maintenance and in reality do not spend a penny for any expense pertaining to maintenance works. Their claims of easing rental agreements is completely over rated and it is definitely better to deal with the house owner directly instead of dealing with these goons. Already advised our friends to stay away from this crooked company that has no ethics. It is high time that people in Bangalore raise up to these bunch of fraudsters and bring this company under the scrutiny of law. These guys need to be brought to court for cheating people and money laundering.
